Love this place. Great hiking trail around edge of falls leading down to plateau. Dog loves going for walk here. Different routes. Some fabulous views of the falls. Part of the Bruce Trail. Have to pay for parking. But it is worth it. have even tried to hike it in the winter time- bit of a challenge but fun.

We liked the park that we visited and saw Tews falls, Webster falls and the terraces to enjoy the beautiful view of Hamilton from the hills. Parking was 10$ per day.

This is one of the great conservation areas that are worth hiking to get to the Dundas peak and have a great view over Hamilton.

Well, not as wide as Niagara but almost as tall, and equally beautiful in it's own right. Accessible, private and a short 5 minute walk from the parking lot. Very special highlight on the Bruce Trail. Not to be missed.

Fantastic geography so close to the city. Part of the conservation authority. It is a great place to hike/walk all year round.

The Niagara is as high as 51m while this one's 42m--that's what the sign said. It is in the midst of gorges and forests and quite awesome! But of course not as magnificent as the Niagara. The falling water is little more than a trickle so you are not that awestruck. The horseshoe gorge makes you wonder! We could see some redoubtable persons climbing the tricky dangerous paths lining the falls!

This is a nice little waterfall. Other than that there is really nothing to see though. We went on the very short walk up to the falls and watched some other people climb up and behind the waterfall. Our kids wanted to do it too but we didn't think it was safe. We went with Grama who is nearly blind and she had a fine time navigating the path, so there's that. It's a good nature spot for anyone with minor mobility issues. A nice spot. Not likely a place to revisit though unless we're hard up for somewhere quick and accessible. Oh, and there are basically no parking places, just pull over spots along the road.

Great access and viewpoints to see the falls and gorge. Need to clear garbage bins more often, ridiculously overflowing.

Nice walk through the woods and a nice view on the waterfalls. In the summer it is nice cool under the trees and near the falls. Put on strong shoes.

its not worth to travel..its close to webster falls so you can visit togather... else its tiny fall. might be in rain it will look good ,,, there was very less water ... but the disadvantage is you cannot go close to the fall!!!

We hiked to the base of the falls Aug. 22 (after parking on Woodleys Lane in Dundas, ON) however ... it's difficult to find the trail along the river. It starts by the railway tracks across Woodleys Lane.) And it's a strenuous 30 minute hike ... longer if you keep getting lost. I wish the trail were well marked; I went with someone who had been there befre. ***AND it would be a VERY challenging to hike down from the top of the escarpment.) Huge falls but would be better in spring with the heavier flow of water. I recommend Albion Falls in Hamilton instead since it is easier to find and a less challenging hike to get in.

Tees falls is a very scenic waterfall with beautiful surrounding and long hike ways.We usually start our journey to the falls from the close-by Webster's falls, hiking to the Tews and then going back. The nature around is beautiful and the views are breathtaking.

Getting here, you can park at Webster's falls. Day rate is $10 per vehicle during peak season. The Tew's falls are just off the Spencer George loop trail which is a nice and fairly easy hike. It can get quite busy on hot summer days. BBQs are not allowed, but surely bring food and snacks to picnic! They closed the stairs going down to the base of Webster's falls, however, I do see people down there - but not sure how they get down! I recommend taking the loop trail, seeing both Webster's falls, Tew's Falls and walking to Dundas peak! You will not be disappointed!

Who would have thought that something as scenic as Tews Falls would be hidden in Dundas, Ontario area. Definitely a breathtaking view of a great looking waterfall and the hiking trail along the Bruce is also very scenic and great exercise. Great in all seasons, busier in summer of course. You have to pay $10 day pass for parking in peak times - goes towards the parks maintenance though so not too bad. Great place to go for cheap and to kill a few hours.

The falls are beautiful, especially when they are frozen. We go here often to toboggan. Great trails for hiking.
