The moment you walk into Zen you feel instant calm and peace. The aroma and atmosphere of serenity. Carrie is very talented in what she does and my favourite is the Two Hour Bliss massage with reflexology. I always leave feeling better than ever and I can't wait to go back for more.

I've been enjoying going to Zen Massage for years.... awesome, relaxing, soothing. I highly recommend all of the services.... reflexology and egyptian head & neck massages might just be on the top of my list!! I feel awesome when I come from Zen! The owner is fantastic!! I love that Zen Massage is out of a home! You aren't distracted by other therapists or clients. When I finally take the time to pamper myself my time I love going to see Carrie: it really is all about you. She always goes above and beyond. I love the lavender spray to help relax. If you feel like chatting she's great to talk with or if you need silence that's okay too- it's never awkward. It has always a comfortable, inviting environment for me!
