Welcoming and knowledgeable staff introduced us to these wonderful wines, in the kitchen of the main house on the winery grounds. the wines we tasted were full of flavour and finesse. We bought quite a few bottles to savour this summer and in coming years. Definitely add this to your Niagara region wine tour. Cheers!

The tasting bar is located in the main house, in Sue Ann's own family kitchen. Great place to sample and get to know the Staff portfolio of wines.

As an attempt to get things rolling on a weekend after Thanksgiving this winery hosted a FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL. Saturday must have been dismal with the rain but the Sunday was a lovely sunny fall day.At the entrance you were "offered" (....unfortunately charged $3 for one...$5 for two...and you got to KEEP THEM!!!!WOW!!) 4 oz. dollar store wine glasses. This was for use at the numerous booths from local wineries who were offering their fare. SADLY, these were $5 per glass and this was portioned at best as a half glass (2 oz.). If you do the math on this it is about $65 for a 750 ml. bottle of wine which you could get at the LCBO for $20. If you wanted some of the vintage Voignier it was $8 for a 2 oz portion. What a RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!! This is a promotion and should have been MUCH cheaper.Fortunately, the food trucks were reasonably priced which took a bit of the bite away. And I have no idea what this winery's wines are like and I won't be back.

This is a fairly new winery with exception wines being produced from the top of the escarpment.Big things are soon to come from this winery

One of my favourite wines is Baco Noir. While Sandbanks and Harbour Estates vie for first place, Sun-Anne Staff, one of Niagara's most renowned winemakers may be a contender for the honour with the outstanding Baco at her own winery.

This was our first time visiting... loved the wines! Loved the home and the story and history behind the house. Amazing this is her private home and she opens it up to the public for wine tasting. Only wish we had nicer weather to see the grounds.... NEXT time

Had the opportunity to visit this winery this past weekend during the annual "Wrapped Up In The Valley" event. As usual, the staff was friendly and helpful and the wine was lets say "yes, I'll have another glass thank you". As part the of the "Wrapped Up In The Valley" event, the winery was pairing their wine with an appetizer which in this case was a miniature grilled cheese sandwich which was created by the winemaker's mother. Best grilled cheese I've ever tasted!!! This needs to be something that they have at the winery all the time. And as usual, the owner/winemaker (Sue-Anne Staff) was there pouring the wine and answering all of the questions about winemaking. Small winery with a lot of character. Definitely worth one, two, three....visits.

We were greeted by a great big puppy as we walked to the tasting room. It is small and the wine selection is limited. However what they have is good, and the staff is very knowledgeable. It is a little off the beaten path, and very boutiquey. It is a good place to stop if you want to try something on a smaller scale.
