Retired-Cruiser
The beach was nice. Lake Erie can be violent at times. We were renting a cottage on the opposite side of the peninsula, and the waves were wild. Coming over to the park, we found this tranquil beach. No facilities on the beach, however.

A lovely park on the Grand River. Lots of mature trees, places to sit. Unspoiled by housing mixed in. One of the few parks on the Grand River like this. A great floating dock to be rocked on. Love it.
