On my way to Blue Mountains for the weekend, we stopped at the Creemore Springs Brewery. Quaint little town, with a great brewery! We tried some beer samples, got a brief look at the large vats. There wasn't a tour, which is a shame; but the beer samples (3-4 different types to choose from) made up for it. You can purchase on site beer (same cost as you would purchase at the Beer Store), swag (beer glasses, t-shirts, sweatshirts,....). It provided a nice little break in driving, and the beer is top notch!

During our scenic Fall drive back to Toronto from Collingwood, we made a stop at Creemore Springs Brewery. We bought some beer and glasses, did not go on tour though. A knowledgeable host provided some tastings of ales and lagers and showed us samples of hops and barley used. Quaint town to visit, and you can grab a bite to eat at the pub or sandwich café.

My first time to Creemore. Wanted to see where the beer came from. Was surprised at how pretty the town is. Main street is nice and lots to see and explore. Did the beer tour, short and sweet as you can't go to far in a small brewery. Staff was friendly and well informed. Lots of free samples for tasting and great selection to buy for souvenirs.

there wasn't as much to see as I would have liked. Could have been fun to do beer tasting like the wineries do.If you're in Creemore go if you're not too far.

Service.... there wasn't any... friendly greeting... nope.... greeting at all... nope nope nope.... not sure if this is an actual attraction... may want to hire friendly staff if they want to call it that...Must be due to being used to the friendly craft breweries in St. Jacobs or the wine tours of Niagara... they actually know how to say hello there... and talk about the beer and wines and talk in general... talking is nice... they should learn to try too :)

Tour was non-eventful, but then again, they are renovating so maybe it's usually better. The beer samples were good and the swag to buy is pretty cool.

Worst. Service. Ever. Obviously, there has been a change in staff from previous years when we had fun visiting and always sampled/bought beer. We walked in as a few people were leaving, but otherwise the place was empty except for two employees. They were talking to each other, didn't acknowledge us as we walked in. One of the women picked up some six-packs of empty bottles and promptly disappeared. The other woman had a Fedex delivery guy arrive at that time to drop off one package and pick up one package. She then proceeded to chat with him the entire rest of the time we were there. We checked the fridge to see if there was something we were interested in buying/tasting (there was). We looked at some of the merchandise to see if there was something we were interested in (there was). We waited for 10-15 minutes at the sampling bar and was completely ignored. No "just a minute, I'll be right with you", or "the person who serves should be back soon", not even a hello. After wasting 15-20 minutes, we left. I doubt she even noticed. As a person who works in customer service, I was appalled - especially when you consider that a person in her position is a representative for both the company and the town. We won't be going back.

The fact that this tour is free and free samples are provided make this a "why would you miss it?" experience. The beer is pretty good, and they had a good variety available for tasting. The tour is fairly quick and to the point, which keeps things from getting boring. The tour guide herself was not very knowledgable and was reading from a script, which would be where the tour could be improved. However, she was very friendly and tried to find answers for me when I asked questions she didn't know the answer to. I enjoyed it enough that I would do it again, and certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Creemore with even a little interest in beer.

You will crave the freshly brewed draft after the first taste and the General Store atmosphere is really a fun experience.

Creemore Springs Brewery has a really nice operation, and the 30-minute tour was great. Their facility is pretty cool: it combines state-of-the-art brewing equipment with a beautiful heritage building. Neat to see. Also, the tour is free, and you get free samples of their beer: how can you go wrong? I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

I always enjoy this brewery. The tour is very informative and the perfect length of time - interesting without dragging on. As mentioned they have a sample area with a good selection of their beers. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. It is a great part of a day trip to Creemore.

We were on holiday in Collingwood and liked the Creemore Beer so we booked for a Brewery Tour. We had a great welcome and tasted 4 different beers. We also bought some gifts and beer from the shop. I recommend this one.

Did a special trip to Creemore just for the brewery. My husbands favourite beer. He says tastes just like "butta". Have been to many breweries, wineries and distilleries through our travels and although this one is small it was very informative. Samples are readily available which is good when they have new product and you are not quite sure if you will like the brand. They have many souvenirs. My husband bought a retro cooler that was very nice. Also a hat, polo, and bar towel. It's definitely his favourite:) The town of Creemore was very quaint. There is apparently a very good German restaurant there which we were unable to visit. Next time!

Stopped by the town of Creemore last week on a Sunday afternoon. It's a nice little town with lots of 19th century architecture. The brewery is on the main street called Mill Street. The brewery tour is free and includes a tasting of one of their brands on tap that day. The tour is short given that it is a small brewery and staff are very informed on the brewing process.Great spot for a day trip from Toronto

Nice clean brewery. Stopped in to pick up some beer and glasses. Not only has beer but souvenirs and clothing as well. Was able to sample some new beers before purchasing them. I guess those are the perks to going to a brewery vs a liquor store. Helpful associates. Tour is available although did not go as time was short. Ample free parking on the main and side streets.
