In the Spring of 2013, my sons (age 12 and 14) pooled their savings to purchased a 4 lap driving experience for their Dad for a Father's Day gift. I helped them paid for it which was a huge mistake. We followed the instructions to select a date in the summer so they can go with their Dad and enjoy this "driving experience". A few weeks before the date, we received an email from Racing Box that there was a delay to the cars arriving and asked that we select another date in the fall. We did and the same thing happened in the fall. After 3 delays, we never heard from them again (this was in Oct 2013). Since then I have tried to contact Deal Getters and Racing Box but without any success. I hold Deal Getters responsible, and have not heard back from anyone even thought I have repeatedly left messages and emails to the contact information I was able to find online. I have purchased many offers from Wagjag and Groupon and I can tell you they stand behind their offers. Deal Getters is a scam, and it costs two young boys their hard earned savings! Thank you Deal Getters, for showing impressible young men that there are scram artists in this world and I am writing this so that other consumers are aware of the corruption and dishonesty of your business!

We were fortunate. My wife bought these 'experiences' for myself & my son for Christmas 2012 thru 'Wagjag'. Like most posters here, our experiences were 'postponed' by the vendor, ours on 3 different occasions. What started out as a choice of a half dozen cars ended up with just the 'choice' of the Ferrari for the last date they scheduled us for and then it was cancelled too. Emailing or calling Racing Box directly was a complete waste of time but we did finally get a full refund from Wagjag in Oct 2013. Based on the posts for those who actually did get a track session i'm glad that i didn't waste my time with them. I'll be vary wary of these types of offers in the future....

My wife bought this Ferrari f430 package for my first fathersday. I tried to cancel this package 1 month in to spend the money on a more practical gift for the family. So I called the office said they were closed for the month. I wrote emails every week to them asking for a refund. And all I got back was your gift voucher was activated. I never spoke to anyone to set up a date time or location. So how was it activated. I'll tell you cause they are full of BULL SHI* so we lost the 250$ for the experience. The only thing that they were right about was I will never forget this experience ever.

I purchased 6 laps for my boyfriend for Christmas. We were scheduled for Sept. 22, 2013. We received an email Sept. 18 stating it was canceled but would be extended into 2014, the fact I have a written email that states it will be extended into 2014 gives me leverage. I contacted teambuy (where I originally purchased the voucher) and racing box. Obviously, no reply from Racing Box, but I received a response from TeamBuy within 4 hours stating racing box has gone out of business and since I didn't contact them immediately (within 240 days) they will not refund or credit me the amount. My tip for everyone, contact your credit card company ASAP. There is a services not rendered clause. If you have in writing the services was canceled by racing box and they are going to extend the voucher you can file a dispute and get your money back. You must ensure you do this immediately. Even if it's past the 240 days that teambuy is stating they would refund the money. The dispute should be for "the goods or services were not as described". After taking to my credit card company this afternoon, it sounds like the odds are on my side.Good luck.

Hello,Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm in Toronto and after receiving the RacingBox experience as a gift and scheduling my track day twice, it was delayed BY RacingBox on 2 occasions. The delays were just long enough to exceed the time limit for refunds. This makes me think RacingBox is not only a SCAM business but very experienced in performing the SCAM.Please save yourself the $200. You will NOT get to drive anything and you will simply be giving your money to a scam company.Pedro Mendes

Also scammed. Purchased 10 laps via Amazon Local for my husband for Father's Day. The company cancelled 5 days before the scheduled event. Amazon Local never got back to me. Now I am out $559.

I have been scammed as well. If anyone interested in a Class-Action suit against this company please post here.

Signed up through " Living Social Deals" as a present for my son in law. Dates were cancelled last minute and email request for refund sidetracked. Completely disappointing.Fraudsters.

Same company, same negative experience with Race Box in the Poconos. Do not spend your money here. This was a gift that was given for valentines day. Was only offered two dates to choose from after purchasing. They cancelled a few days before.

I have had to reschedule twice and both events were cancelled less than one week before the drive. I have contacted them several times and have not received any response. I have requested to reschedule and I have requested a refund and they just don't respond. They don't provide a contact number. After seeing the reviews on here, it is apparent that they are thieves, selling something they have no intentions of fulfilling.

Bought this as a gift for my dad tried to book it and the ticket ## didn't get validated and only an automated response by email and voice mail by phone. Disappointing.

Same thing as everyone else. I book and pay for a driving experience. Two weeks before, I receive a notif that it was cancelled. I was never able to book back. Those guys seem to be fraudster. I suggest to engage lawsuit against them. Does anybody have more information about them? They seem hard to locate.

By far the worst experience I ever experienced, until I realized it must be a scam.I was booked literally for the last day of my vouncher's expiry. A day prior, I was notified that the Ferrari's were overbooked and I should reschedule. After three months of trying, I gave up.Nobody ever answered the phone and the voicemail was full so that you cannot leave a message.I contacted DealFind and was given contact info from someone important at Racing Box - well, suffice it to say, never heard from the VIP or anyone for that matter. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company like the plague. As enticing as a Ferrari drive sounds, you won't as much as see an 'F' from a Ferrari.Cheers,

I am very active on trip advisor and I can't believe I didn't look this group up before buying a 5-lap pass for my boyfriend. It took MONTHS to get a time booked for racing, and then a few days before it was cancelled because the car was "being serviced." Ugh! They are horrible to deal with, completely unresponsive, they STEAL YOUR MONEY.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Wish I had searched for this prior to driving out to Riverside. I trust Living Social so I wasn't too concerned about background checking this company....even after they cancelled my first visit in June "because of a crash." Rescheduled another for November...drove out to Riverside and the racetrack "regretted to inform me" that I had been had. Actually, the race track was very helpful, gave me a card for their manager in case I had any issues getting a refund. I'm a little annoyed at Living Social for not making sure I knew about this beforehand. They told me they sent me an email....but it must have gone to junk. I also would have noticed if they refunded my money and my voucher was still available. I had to call on my way back from the the racetrack to find out and get a refund. Good news is I got the refund, but I'm out the money for gas and babysitting. Glad I went with a third party so that the scammers don't have my credit card information and I was able to get my money back.
