museum on the boyne

I loved that place. There is even an old jail cell outside on the way to the cabin and barn! It is an amazing place complete with original medical equipment in the Fredrick Banting exhibit and his actual canoe hanging from the 2nd floor ceiling. You should go! I will be visiting again in a couple of weeks.

I love our local museum which i think is a treasure for our town ! Local history and often having events for kids and adults. Even though there's never anything new (lol) there's new seasonal displays and features. It may not be a place of excitement, it is for sure a small adventure and interesting things to see and learn. I probably go at least twice a year for a short visit.
