It have an amazing ambience and the service was wonderful... my only issue was that there was a missunderstanding with the appointment but they fixed it fast. Another issue I had was that they didnt told me that I needed a swimwear to use the pool (I know that is obvious but it was my first time) So I think they have to fix their communication with people when they are planning their visit because know I missed the steam bath and hydro tub so :/ but they are perfect, I went with my boyfriend and they were very professionals, it wasnt akward at all I recommend it for couples.

The place is very clean and in excellent conditions. The staff is great and there are amazing packages. Excellent place to relax!

I have been to many spas around the world. Being a local never thought that this family own spa could measure to golden door or other hotels like the Waldorf Astoria collection spas or canyon ranch franchises. It was a real experience and very professional staff. The prices are fair and the location of dorado is new and very clean. I recomend this spa over the other options around. Ask for Cindy she is the gm and will treat you VIP

My friends and I were looking for a place were we can relax and have a nice time together. They did and amazing package including massage, mani & pedi. We were a bit late and the staff was very comprehensive. We had a private relaxing area with snacks, wine and champagne. And the facilities are really pretty and relaxing.Massage was great! Just the pressure I needed because of my stress.Definitely planning our next visit!

I went to visit spa to get manicure and daughter got a pedicure. The wait time period was relaxing but then the service was ehh? I could have done a better job myself. The polish on my nails took forever to dry because there were no heat lamps or fan... By the time I got back to hotel, my nails were ruined.

Great service, my mother and I had a blast and i felt 10 years younger when done. Staff is great, service is wonderful, decor is soothing and relaxing. I will return!!

I don't recommend Nouvelle D Spa since the service is very poor, there is a lot of fungus, the cabins are not well cleaned. They promote machines that are doing anything for you and this is told by a surgeon. Their prices are too high and you can have the same treatment at a lower spa .

I have only been here for depilitory services and the staff are great. I have been there 3 times now. It is nice to sit in the candle lit waiting area and drink coffee, tea, juice or water, enjoy light snacks and relax. Inabelle is great at what she does.

The atmosphere was relaxing and the stream room was perfect. It was a great spa that was reasonably priced. The best facial I have ever had. We spent four hours there and only spent $130. I have been to spas around the world and this is unheard of...

Was it because I don't speak Spanish?I was really looking forward to a professional Spa in Dorado ever since the Hyatt Hotels closed. It seemed a little dark. Several employees were just standing around. Nothing was really explained as what to do. I was just brought to a locker. Was it because I don't speak Spanish?The waiting area had one cookie left but no lemon water and small tea cups to drink out of. They seem to keep me waiting for quite awhile. Then some one came in and called my name. No hello, my name is....The good news was I didn't have to talk during my message. The deep tissue message which cost $20.00 more than the regular message started off like just rubbing oil on me. I spoke up early and the pressure improved. It seemed the message was shorter then the 55 minutes I selected....They handed me a tip envelope but it had a different women's name on it then the one that gave me the message. I brought it up and they apologized and gave me the correct one. Was it because I don't speak Spanish?

I have visited spas all over the world so I wasn't excited to see that I was going to a strip mall but I was pleasantly surprised. My services were very good, everyone spoke English and the spa itself was beautiful. I would definitely recommend if you are in Dorado area.

Recently opened day spa in Dorado. The spa has a number of services available. There is also a whirlpool bath to enjoy before your treatment. The staff is very good and many are bilingual. I would definitely visit again for more massages!The contact info on trip advisor is for the Puerto Nuevo location.
