My friend and I were looking to zipline in El Yunque and we're recommended Rainforest Zipline. They have 9 line that get faster and higher as you advance through each one. The staff was super curteous and professional and even stayed on the phone with us while we found their location. The lines were so much fun and we felt very secure the entire time. Our tour guides were excellent! Ricardo, our main guide, talked to us about the vegetation and the line and was very helpful. He even told us about some other cool spots around the island that we should see. Needless to say this was the best zipline company we have been to! Can't wait to be back!!

Went to the zipline closest to the hotel...it was maybe 3 miles away. I've zipped previously, but I wouldn't say I'm an avid zipper. Pretty expensive....$99 per person. I wasn't impressed. There were 9 zips and only 2 were actually "in" the rain forest. The other 7 zips were just through their course. Service was great, but if you are looking for good views or a little more challenging zips, I wouldn't recommend.

Being very afraid of heights, I was reluctant to go. However, the guides were entertaining and helped to set my mind at ease. Smaller lines first helped me get up the courage to do the longer, faster lines. The views are astounding! This place is a MUST when in Puerto Rico!

We were well instructed, given personal attention, made to feel safe and secure as we enjoyed an awesome adventure.Tidbits about different plants and animals were shared with us. My friends and I went ziplining this morning. The entire process from checking in to guidance and instruction was awesome! The staff was very attentive, and ensured our safety. The view was beautiful. We definitely received our money's worth!

Had such a great time with all the zip line guys, they were so nice. Had such a great positive attitude! Saw two giant iguanas in the palm trees, went over about 8 lines. It was a fun time!

The team that worked with us was very attentive to details and made sure each person was safely harnessed before starting the runs. The course is beautiful and fun, but not scary. This was my second time on a zipline anywhere, but my first time on a zipline wearing the right clothes, and I'd definitely do it again. At the end of the course, a van picked us up to return us to our starting point.

My first zipline adventure and it was amazing! Working with Rafaela was great- she even let my parents try the first line for free to make sure they felt comfortable doing it. They loved it but I didn't feel they would be able to handle the more difficult lines and higher towers so they didn't continue. The rest of our group did all 9 lines and it was a highlight of our trip! The staff was professional, safety-minded, and fun! I would definitely recommend this company.

I was a little nervous when they were putting on my harness. The guy seemed confused and had to ask another staff for help. She made sure that Everything was put on correctly and adjusted. The same guy then got the gloves. He got me a left handed glove and tried to put it on my right hand. I had to point it out to him that it was the wrong hand. He again came back with the wrong glove. He finally got it right. The only recommendation I would have is that they have a safety line where we would be attached to while we're waiting on the platform that's 55 ft in the air (or at any other elevated platform). The staff member had a harness to secure her on the 55ft platform but none of the other 10 people on the platform did. we were all just waiting for our turn. Staff was very friendly. They had cold water bottles for us at the midway point. The lines moved a bit slow at the beginning but it gave us the opportunity to learn the correct way to zip line. As a 1st timer, the length of the zip line was perfect. However if you're an adrenaline junky, these zip lines s may not be as thrilling. Also, there was a coupon in the "places to go" magazine.

Our group of 13 had a fantastic time! The entire staff was professional, friendly, helpful and lots of fun. They offered us a cash discount, and plenty of water while out near the lines. This was the first time zip lining for a few of us and they are now hooked. We felt safe the entire time. Really fun thing do with all age groups and at all travel locations. Thanks to all of you at Rain Forest Zipline!

I can't say enough about this great experience. Our group of 7 including my 81 year old father and 9 year old daughter had the time of our lives. The staff was super friendly, fun and SAFE! Great value and highly recommended.

The staff was outstanding and they all made our day. This was one of my bucket list ( I am afraid of heights) the view the price and the friendliest staff we encountered while we were on the island. Thank you guys for making our experience so enjoyable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I came to Puerto Rico to relax for a few days. Today we went to check zip lining off the bucket list. This is such a beautiful setting, family run business, adrenaline rush kind of place for all ages. It is run by a group of experienced, strong, professional, and sweet guys. We experienced everything one could expect from a vacation in a few hours: we met great people, we leaned new things, we took in the scenery, and thoroughly enjoyed the entire afternoon with unforgettable memories and photos. Do yourself a favor and don't miss this. It's right at the entrance to El Yunke. Breath taking and unique - we will be back!!

Zip lining over a tropical rainforest...absolutely thrilling! The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone trying to overcome their fear of heights like me. Beautiful and breathtaking!
