All the people involved in helping us did a great job. Rafaela was very welcoming and made sure we were all ready to go. All the guys were and the girl ( sorry, I don't remember their names) were funny and gave us the confidence we needed to jump off the platform. It was an awesome experience. Can't wIt to do it again!

As part of a ladies trip to Puerto Rico, we added a zip line tour at the last minute. It was the best decision we could have made. the ziplines were designed to increase in difficulty, so it gave a few of us first-timers the ability to get comfortable before getting to the more difficult lines. The staff always explained how to comppete the line properly, and were able to stop us if we were not successful in stopping ourselves. We had an awesome time to end our trip. The staff was extremely friendly and entertaining the entire day. They joked with my friends and I constantly, which made the day more fun. I would thoroughly recommend this activity to anyone visiting San Juan even if staying in Isla Verde like we did. It was definitely worth the drive.

We had an awesome time ziplining here. The week before Xmas they were able to fit us in at the last minute and we had our own private tour/experience. The staff is wonderful about taking photos/videos :)

They slowly start you off with "baby" ziplines as you begin to get the hang of it. Very good for beginners as you make your way up to bigger ones. Overall it was amazing experience being my first time and they feed you fresh mangos from the trees ;)

We chose rainforest because we had never ziplined before and they were so helpful over the phone. They explained every step before I booked. They even offered for my son to try it before paying to see if he wanted to do it. He did not want to try so he was our camera man while myself, my husband and out daughter went. The staff was wonderful not only to us but took extra care with my son pointing out the best vantage points for him to take pictures and making sure he was set before we went on the lines. They were very patient and accommodating to our group and it was a great family experience. Will definitely go again. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and ensured safety first.

I have to agree with all those positive reviews. My daughters and I went today and it was fun and exciting. Rafaela, Hector and the whole crew are great, kind, friendly people. I told them that it was our first time and that we were nervous, they made us feel so comfortable and safe at all times.It is such a pleasure to find people like them to make our vacation an enjoyable one. I hope they get to see these reviews and know how great our vacation is because of them. I highly recommend them.

They start you off with a beginner zipline so that you get used to it. This is especially helpful for people who haven't gone before. Afterwards, the ziplines increase by height and speed. The tallest one was by far my favorite because you could see the rainforest view and the beach. Staff was very instructive, cracked jokes the entire time, and even gave us tips on where to visit during our vacation. I would highly recommend going here!

My girlfriend and I found this place on our last day in Puerto Rico and were able to book with about 2 hours notice. I'm terrible with names but the lady who answered the phone and works the front desk was such a sweetheart, she gave me directions and even interpreted the directions for my cab driver (my girlfriend and I speak no spanish whatsoever). She gave us ice cold water upon arrival (free of charge), and the staff was amazing! They're all really friendly and funny and they put you at ease right away. They make you feel safe and they answer any and all questions you may have. They had no problem with snapping pics/vids of my girlfriend and they all seem to have a genuine care for people and a great attitude about what it is that they do. I will refer as many people as I possibly can to these guys because they were absolutely amazing and they highlight of our trip!

Ok- I admit it! I was flat out scared with this one, not for myself, but for my children!!! I have very active 10 year old twin boys, one of them has a slight fear of heights, but this activity was actually his idea. The instructors really put my mind at ease :) We had an amazing time soaring on the 9 different zip lines. I would especially recommend this for first timers that are adventurous. The start you off very small, gradually building up the challenge of a zipline- if you decided it is too much, you are close enough to the starting point to just simply walk back to the office :) but you would really miss out :)))) the staff was very friendly and attentive, very focused on safety and comfort. My husband was thrilled, the kids actually asked to go again the next day!

The staff and instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. They make safety their number one priority. Make sure you pay attention while they provide the safety instructions, you will have time for pictures afterwards. I'm planning to return with a larger group. Thank you for a great service!!!

Great time! Such a friendly crew with so much knowledge and respect for their customers. Taught us a lot about the rainforest and made us feel like pros when we were complete. Would give this place two thumbs up!!

At first I was hesitant because it was hard to get a hold of someone to make a reservation BUT... we had a great time. The staff was awesome. They were very helpful and made safety their main concern. The equipment that was given to us looked to be in good condition. I was not worried for my safety at all. As far as price, it was comparable to other zip line places in the area. There were 9 zip lines and they provided bottled water after the 6th or 7th line. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place. :D Great experience

Hector, his wife and staff were so accommodating! We are from Myrtle Beach, SC, ages 31, 45 and 51 women and this was one of the highlights of our trip. We felt very safe and the view was awesome. If a first timer, definitely would recommend this one!
