This hotel is very clean, well decorated and inviting... All the way from the entrance everyone you meet on the staff are very helpful and accommodating...Rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated, the A/C worked excellently... It has a Fat Tuesday on site with live music and you can dance till 4am... I will definitely come back here!

We enjoyed our stay here. Beds are comfortable with adequate space in the room. The view of the carribean ocean from the hotel was awesome! Get a room on the top floor facing the ocean and you will enjoy it as well as we did!

We stayed on a Saturday night, and even though there is a bar and casino, these activities didn't affect our enjoyment of the place. The restaurant, Hollie's Place is adequate, with good food, although a little expensive. The hotel has recently been updated and maintained, and the facilities looked to be very clean and tidy. Efforts have been made to contain the noise level and the atmosphere was peaceful.

Old machines, amost no attendants to help customers on the floor, pasking is a mess, and restrooms are dated. The only good things are the free snacks and drinks.

One of two casinos in the Mayaguez area, it is a great place to relax and play any casino game imaginable. Plenty of slots and card game tables but it get crowded during the weekends. Slots from 5 cents up. Snacks provided for free as long as you continue to gamble.

Not Nayaquez!!! It is located in the Holiday Inn, there is plenty of secure free parking. The only thing that would make this casino a five star would be if we won more, but other than that it was a great way to spend a couple hours with friends!

This is a local casino. It can be pretty busy on the weekends with locals. A lot of slot machine players. I've seen live bands play in the main gambling room. Something I haven't seen in the US casinos. Tables are cheaper than US. For instance blackjack was $3 min per hand last I went. If you want to just go out and enjoy yourself this place is a decent way to spend the night when in the area without breaking the bank like people tend to do in mainland US casinos. There is a club here also if you want.

The casino was nice, much nicer than I remember it approximately 10 years ago. It is the nicer of the two in the area, with the other being the mayaguez resort and casino. The casino is small in size compared to las vegas or atlantic city style casinos, but there are some table games, a small poker room and mostly slots.

Difficult to park, few table games available, no seats. Lots of people, but it was a holiday weekend. Better than no casino, I suppose, if you really need to lose some money.

Para mi el Hotel es Bueno para gente de trabajo y una emergencia de no encontrar hotel de momento al viajar es bueno, las tarjetas de entrada al elevador y al cuarto se desbloquean mucho si tiene contacto con tu celular, es bueno cómodo callado con casino.

Todo bien. Jugue, comi y comparti con otras personas. Esta abierto las 24 horas. Mucha seguridad dentro y fuera. Puedes comer y beber dentro del casino pero no puedes salir con esto para fuera. Algo asi como " lo q se hace en Vegas en Vegas se queda"
