This is advertised as a glass bottom boat which will take you to the bioluminescent bay. We had a perfect night for this - - no moon at all. We bought our tickets and were told to be at the dock at 7:40. The boat actually was loaded at 7:55 and we didn't leave until 8:20. There were no explanations - - it appeared that they were busy trying to drum up more suckers! The music was turned on VERY loudly and the speakers were directly over the small squares of "glass bottom" sections of the boat. On a beautiful night with just the stars overhead, this could have been pleasant - - but the blaring music!!!Finally we arrived at the bioluminescent bay. In the glass sections you could see a few flashes of unidentifiable light and that was all. Then the boat stopped and they had this guy make a big show of jumping off the boat into the water so we could see the glow effect. He did a few breaststrokes and then climbed back on board and repeated the performance on the other side of the boat. It was hugely less than spectacular. The music was turned back on and we went back to the dock. Couldn't wait to get out of town!

Nice trip for a fair price. An hour long trip cost about $8..The only complaint was no Tp or light in the bathroom.

We rented a 16ft Carolina skiff from here with a 9.9 Yamaha. Had a great time exporting the reefs and islands. Helpful and courteous staff. I would suggest Torres boats as they provide V-hull boats and there is a lot of chop on the way out to the reef.

Breathtaking natural wonders of the world!! The trip is at night were you can see how the water "glows in the dark" it's beautiful!! Locals get into the water so you can see the glow effect. they bring up some water so you can touch the water yourself. And with clear nights you will see the most spectacular sky full of stars you will ever see!! Worth the $8!!
