This shop is located on the corner of the main square in Pedasi and offers great prices on unique artwork from all over Central America. From clothing to accessories, coffee and fresh coconut oil from a local source, there were plenty of options for unique pieces to bring back home. Carolina the shop keeper is also very helpful and kind and even gave us a better price because we purchased so many items! If you are holding out to purchase a really nice hammock, this is your spot!

I always stop in Artemania on the central square in Pedasi, to check out the ceramics , jewelry, bags, clothing, hats --a carefully curated selection of Panamá-crafted traditional and modern styles. I never leave empty-handed, and I've been vacationing in Pedasi for 8 years! Prices are reasonable , the owner is friendly, helpful and multilingual and there is always something new and different . This time I bought cute mola -patterned wallets as gifts, and for myself ceramics from Chiriqui. A good selection of hammocks, woven hats and authentic molas, and an easy place to park your bike, car, or walk in. seems to be open 7 days a week & It's accessible when Casco Viejo in Panamá City may be hard to get to, with all the street construction. No reason to wait till you're headed to or inside Tocumen airport to get souvenirs!
