I have no hesitation in providing the highest recommendation possible for Cruzeiro Safaris. Claudia worked very hard to book the tour and to accommodate unforeseen changes on short notice. She was professional, responsive, and patient -- in particular given the constantly changing circumstances. James was my guide. He was knowledgeable and engaging, while letting me choose the level of interaction desired throughout the day. He endeavored to personalize the tour to my preferences to ensure a fantastic experience that I will never forget. Do not hesitate to choose Cruzeiro Safaris for your tour of Nairobi National Park.

The guide was very friendly and helpful. I had booked spontanious on sunday for a day trip on monday and it was no problem. Claudia was very ferndly!

Originally I booked our safari with Claudia at Cruzeiro Safaris in mid 2013, to make our safari into Tanzania in September 2013, but due to health problems had to cancel. Claudia held over the deposit for more than a year and when we did the safari in September 2014 we were credited with the deposit paid so long ago. This proved to me the trustworthiness of someone I had previously only contacted by e-mail and I would highly recommend Claudia and Cruziero Safaris.Our tour was a quick four day safari into Tanzania, stopping at Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Manyara National Parks. Our guide was excellent and all the arrangements were made right on time, including the airport pickup, even though the plane was delayed by seven hours. Our guide was waiting when we alighted.All the places we visited were excellent and most important from the arrangements perspective, the hotel and lodges that Claudia booked for us were superb. The tented camp at Kati Kati in the Serengeti was a special experience.I would highly recommend Claudia and Cruziero Safaris for your East African safari.

She was full of advice and booked us in one of the best hotels in Malindi town. Kilili Baharini Resort and Spa is ideal to relax and enjoy leaving an unforgettable experience. the service at Kilili Baharini resort and spa was heavenly, from the rooms, restaurant, beach, reception and Spa. the food was typical swahili dishes blended with Italian cuisines . lunch is prepared fresh and served in the restaurant overlooking the beach or directly on the beach in front of the ocean.Dinner is served at the restaurant or in the garden near the beach. Breakfast is usually served in a private verandah outside the room overlooking one of the pools.sun beds and beach towels. are placed under the palm trees that frame the coastline.rooms are clean, spacious and are well equipped. customer service was purely guaranteed to be excellent. I'm glad to have booked with them for i finally got MORE than i had expected. i was helped to get the correct choice of hotel and it was pocket friendly. I m looking forward to travel to a new destination and i believe Claudia will make it a dream come true once again.
