因为出差我来了这里,所以有机会看看动物。长颈鹿很温顺,你可以抚摸它们,喂它们,游人的门票钱是500元,因为只有长颈鹿可以看,所以这个有点贵了。不过孩子们很喜欢的。工作人员友好,还有简单的介绍和各种图片介绍不同种类的长颈鹿,礼品店有很多纪念品和明信片,总的来说还是不错的。

长颈鹿庄园和中心的历史很值得一听。另一件振奋人心的事是拯救频临泯绝的珍稀动物。如果可以的话,早一点去,我们是在去过 David Sheldrake Elephant trust之后直接去的,那时候,长颈鹿还处于饿着的状态,所以会急着吃你手上递过去的饲料。等我们走的时候,它们已经吃饱了,慢慢悠悠的踱回灌木丛中了。如果你想要买礼品,可以去礼品商店,那有很多很好的东西。各个年龄层的人都会喜欢这个地方的,尤其是孩子们。你可以花几个小时呆在大象馆和长颈鹿馆,它们离的很近。

Ever wondered what a giraffe's tongue looks like? Wanted to touch a giraffe? Desired to see Giraffes up close and persona? This is a good option for you to really experience it! My only issue is that there are only 5-6 giraffes there so I feel like they are quite over-fed (especially when you see normal, skinnier giraffes on safari). Overall though I think the giraffes are well treated and like all of their visitors (and their snacks)!

It's a short visit at most. The giraffes come right to your hand to feed. There is space for a small museum, but sadly it didn't contain too much except some children's drawings.

Good place to get up close and personal with a giraffe. They have most of the remaining Rothschild giraffes at the center. The docent's lecture was quite entertaining, especially the hands-on examination of skeletal remains. If you ever wanted to feed a giraffe, this is the place to do it. It will be an experience to remember.

This Place was amazing. You could stand on a terrace high enough to feed the giraffes, so you really get a close look at them.Their eyes were huge! It is such a beautiful animal.Lots of info was given, both written and spoken. Deffinately worth a visit!

A good opportunity to get up close to the Rothchilds Giraffe. There are about five of them in the paddock and most will come up to the viewing platform to take food. There is also a family of warthogs with the giraffes and a few medium sized tortoises in a separate pen. Entry is Ksh 1000 and many people go there following the elephant centre which makes parking dificult. There is a small cafe and a gift shop with local items. Ready for lunch? Try the Karen Blixen Coffee House.

This was my second visit and I enjoyed it even more. It is up close and personal with the giraffes. It was really nice because there were only three of us. They supply you with the food pellets and you just have to open your hand. Long tongues and powerful heads. You can pet with one hand and feed them with the other. Beautiful! There is also a short educational talk which is well done.

That youngest giraffe has a wicked sense of entitlement! Give him some of those tasty treats or he will soon let you know you should have!!! He gets just a little pushy, but still so magnificent to be able to be near!!!

if you love giraffes then this is for you, fabulous experience which we will never forget, there is a gantry which you can climb stairs to so your at head height with the giraffes and you can feed them with pellets provided, if your brave enough you can feed them mouth to mouth, long purple tongues make a colourful occasion. their is also a good shop here which supplies all trinkets and also Kenya wildlife service shirts in all sizes, a great keepsake.
