It's such a shame that the UK Government have over hyped the problems in Kenya, I realise they need to be careful, but the over cautious stance is killing the locals.Again we have just returned from an annual trip to Kenya, and as always it was great to catch up with Bruno, personally collecting us from the airport and taking us to our hotel.We enjoyed a three day safari on route to Mombassa Coast where we stayed at the Voyager hotel as always.Once at the coast we continued with our normal charity work feeling happy and relaxed out and about walking through Utangi village with our friends.Thanks again Bruno and your team, we will see you again in April 2015Kwaheri Sean and Nita

Our mission team of 12 had a wonderful safari experience thanks to the great scheduling and organization of Bruno Safaris. We selected the Amboseli Safari (traveling from and to Nairobi); the rest was taken care of by them. The van picked us up on time at our hotel, took us to the safari where we had lunch, safari tour, dinner, overnight lodging, breakfast and another safari tour before heading back to Nairobi for a grand lunch at a special restaurant prior to dropping us off at the airport. As the coordinator for the mission trip, Bruno Safaris made my job very easy! And everything was just as they said it would be ... and even better! We plan to schedule our next mission trip safari through them .... and are looking forward to it! Teresa (Ohio-USA)

It was a great tour with freddy and his friend... we were lucky at safari nairobi national park to see almost all the big wild life.... zebra giraffe rhino and the queen lion:) we were lucky to see also the lion hunting. .... the tour guids were friendly and honest... all in all I had a great experience. .. thank you

Our journey from Nairobi to Mombasa was planned and confirmed by a representative of Bruno Safaris. We paid USD 4600, but nearly all of our chosen lodges were rebooked and replaced with accommodation of less, partly very poor, quality. Of course, we were irritated and complained about the changes, but were given dubious reasons. Numerous discussions with our very headstrong, sometimes even aggressive, driver lead to a lot of tedious situations.After our return to Germany we contacted Bruno Safaris and they agreed to a refund. This money, however, never reached us and our countless messages to Bruno Safaris remained without reply.We therefore advise against transactions with this tour operator!

Group of 12 friends booked 2 nights and 3 days Masai Mara Safari Trip. Overall experience was great and we enjoyed a lot. Driver/guides were trained and experienced and made every possible effort for adventurous but safe game drives. Went extra mile to go off track and up close to spot Lions and other animals... Lawrence the owner was with us during the entire trip to ensure everything is looked after. We booked Ashnil Mara Camp through them. Initially it was communicated that it covers full board including water and soft drinks as well along with the lunch/dinner however it doesn't. After discussion with manager of Ashnil Mara Camp it seemed that even Lawrence was not aware about it as it was his first booking with them. (we asked him to book through Ashnil Mara based on online reviews). Anyhow at end Lawrence agrees to pay for one water bottle and one soft drink per person per meal which was a good gesture from his side.However there are couple of incidences where we feel a bit disappointed. We booked two 4x4 vehicles and Lawrence promised that both are in top condition. Whereas one was definitely in top condition however second was in pretty bad shape from inside but it didn't caused any trouble throughout the trip. Also we were communicated that the distance from Nairobi to our Masai Mara Camp is around 4-5 hours however it took us 7 hours which caused a bit fatigue.Overall I would rank 4 star and if I plan to visit Kenya again most probably I will book through them..

In January 2014 I travelled with one colleague to Kenya for working. During the weekend, we went to Amboseli with Bruno Safaris and I promissed that it was a great decission. everything went perfect, they picked up us in our working place and all the rest of the trip was incredible. Jorge was our driver and we enjoyed the safari. He is a great driver, allways looking for new animals to see, explaining their customs, uses, etc.If i will come back to Kenya, I will choose bruno safaris for my free time, for sure!!.

I travelled to Mombasa in Dec 2013, we booked a 2 night safari package for 5 of us with Bruno safaris and I really don't know where to begin with compliments for the service they provided. On time with everything, great driver who was skilful with the game drives, pick-up and drop off from dedicated hotel. In masai mara the lodge was outstanding and just simply remarkable. Bruno guys organised everything from top to bottom, leaving us no worries, as they say hakuna matata, Oh yes! its exactly that! We really appreciated your work and I have given your details to many of my friends and colleagues. PS: I shall return to kenya in Nov 2014 and book again with you guys! I have just returned from a Safari organized by Bruno to Samburu/Buffalo Springs, North Kenya. It is my 2 year living in Kenya and I know punctuality is not this country's strong side, but Bruno was always on time or before time, which is a great and rare asset. Organization-wise there were never any problems, very smooth and quick - a great change from many other safari's I've been to. The driver Jackson knew a lot about the animals in the park and could recognize almost all the birds as well, which was impressive. The general vibe felt sparkly and positive, very light and holiday-like, adding to the fantastic experience. Lots of jokes and laughs. Even though the season for the safari is low at the moment, we managed to see quite a number of animals, including a lion carrying and later eating a warthog! Overall, Bruno Safaris can definitely be recommended, they are well organized, solid and experienced. Enjoy you trip!

Arrived at MBA and collected immediately by vehicle and guide, met Lawrence (I think!!) and paid our balance. Asked for and given solo use of 4WD vehicle. Loooong drive to Tsavo East Galdessa Camp but well worth it. Only one night booked there so up and out with game drive on leaving park Another trek to Amboseli and again a wonderful camp -Tortolis- and had two nights there with lots of serious and rewarding game viewing. Trek again to LOMO game sanctuary to Lion's Bluff Camp, again lovely setting, Camp a little less luxurious but good nevertheless. Plenty of game, great buffalo herd and male lion with snoozing females. Back then to Kilifi for a weeks R+R. Bruno Safaris didnt disappoint, very good service and driver affable and knowledgeable, even though suffering with his stomach!!Would recommend Bruno Safaris, great service and for the lodges good VFM.Jeff and Maria

I have done four safaris in Kenya before and wanted to try a Kenyan provider this time, so I chose Bruno. The entire organization was excellent - we were in touch via email before my holiday and as I did not want to carry too much cash, I transferred most of the amount upfront. Once in Kenya everything was very smooth and worked out exactly as agreed. The picked us up from the beach hotel and brought us back again. The manager even called afterwards to check whether everything was ok. So I can really recommend!!

My Daughter and I used Bruno Safaris and had a fantastic time. We did the two day trip from Mombasa to Nairobi by way of Amboseli. It was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. The van(the cheeper option) was very confutable for the long drive. Bruno met us the day we arrived in Mombasa and arranged for our pickup. Later he brought the driver by so we would know him ahead of time. It was a great experience and we will use Bruno Safaris again when we are back in Kenya.

I FIRST MET BRUNO IN 2007 OUTSIDE VOYAGER HOTEL ON NYALI BEACHI cant imagine booking any kind of trip in Mombasa or Nairobi without asking Bruno his customer service is matched only by his desire and passion for the animals u will see and his country.as I said we met on the beach but don't let the hotels or large travel companies try to kid you they can offer a better service its simply not true.Bruno is a man of his word he is very clever and he is forward thinking his 4x4vehicles are way more impressive than the little buses other companies use his team of drivers are friendly and very informative all with eagle class eyesight.The lodges are all spectacular and Bruno sorts everything I booked online this time but previously just did it on the beach either way a receipt is given and rest assured Bruno takes care of the whole thing.If its your first time in Kenya be prepared for the travelling several hours is the norm to get anywhere.anyone wanting to visit Kenya my advice is go and either online or in person book your trips via Bruno .Many thanks again Bruno and I hope its not another 6 years before I come back

It was a wonderful experience in Kenya with Bruno Safaris. Me and my friend landed at Nairobi airport where they were waiting for us in 4x4. Amisi, the guide, was very professional and helpful. He was with us for the whole duration of the trip as the driver and guide. I highly recommend these guys if you are planning a trip to Kenya.Note - Pick the safari parks carefully. That will decide how much you actually enjoy the trip.Mombasa is a beautiful city with an amazing coastline. Try to club it along with the wildlife.

We travelled to Kenya on 14.09.13. There were six of us in our party and we had decided to go to the Maasai mara on safari but the travel agent was too expensive,we found Bruno safaris on tripadvisor and decided to book with him. We paid a deposit and the remainder when we arrived at our hotel. Bruno arranged everything for us from the transport to and from the airport to the safari lodge. Everything was amazing, thank you Bruno we will certainly use you again if we come back to Kenya.
