Took the team out for a celebration of 500,000 man hours without an LTI last year. 10 laps each, some refreshments, then let them loose in the arcade, wall climbing arcade games etc. followed by a sit down meal. Not expensive, considering all the activities good value. HR, we want to do it again please. One comment, let's keep the karts to a high maintenance standard.
