Delaire Graff Estate提供的宴会场是我们见过的最漂亮的一个——Napa和Sonoma比不上这里。这里可以举办品酒会,一边欣赏难以置信的山峦美景,葡萄园,橄榄树果园。我们的服务生是Rachel,她见多识广,对红酒款款而谈,也很关注我们的偏好。她不仅对许多红酒品种如数家珍,而且也很了解葡萄的种植和红酒的制作。如果你开车经过斯泰伦布什(Stellenbosch),可以考虑在此做停留。

我们已经在海角和斯泰伦博斯地区内以及周边品尝了各种各样的葡萄酒,但是这个地方的水平与众不同,简直是一次令人回味无穷的晚餐体验。这个地方看起来太奇妙了,开车前往主建筑的路途中摆满了精美的装饰雕像,有一种让人非常放松的感觉。内部的装潢简直是太华丽了,其中一个走廊的一面墙是一个水幕,透过玻璃能看到装葡萄酒的木桶。可惜我们没有在这里吃饭,但是这里葡萄酒的味道非常美味,和其他葡萄庄园稍微有些不同,因为每品尝一杯就要付一杯的钱,而不是支付一笔定额费用然后选择很多种不同的葡萄酒。奶酪拼盘花样很多,而且口味很浓郁。我们来的时候是穿着短裤和短袖T恤,就周边环境而言,感觉有点随意,因此,提个建议,如果去,千万别穿人字拖…!!!!

虽然我们之前去过几座酒堡,但来这里吃午餐时没想到这里的景色、味道和风格竟然这么棒。这里非常忙碌,而且主餐厅都已经预订满了,所以我们决定去最顶层的亚洲餐厅。周围的风景、花园和雕塑都棒极了。整座酒堡简直是座艺术展览馆,有各种雕塑、绘画和喷泉,风景如画,令人放松。食物非常好吃,很美味,而且制作精美,服务也棒极了。对面葡萄园和远处山峰的景色也非常美。我非常喜欢这里,非常宁静,而且人们忙而有序,都有各自的私人空间。

我们到达 Delaire Graff 已经下午2点钟了,吃了一顿迟到的午餐,果然没让我们失望!温暖阳光的日子使得景色也是异常壮观。向日葵烩饭非常好吃,酸橘汁腌鱼也是,一定要试试。

I have visited some lovely places but this is a killer. A no-expense-spared experience in fabulous taste set in the incredibly beautiful Stellenbosch area. The first thing you notice, can't fail to notice, are the gardens viewed from the road. Quite stunning. The buildings, the restaurant, the surroundings are all quite breath-taking. Go. Be amazed!

Delaire is the most beautiful wine estate we came across in the Cape Winelands. It is worth a visit for the scenery and building alone. The tasting is in a fantastic setting, and was extremely enjoyable.

A stunning location. Our first wine tasting in the Stellenbosch area and boy is this upmarket. But a great experience. We did a small wine tasting with a cheese platter and that worked well.

We stopped into a view vineyards around Capetown, Stellenbosch and Franschoek and this tops them all. It's beauty begins at the entrance and doesn't stop. Elegant and sophisticated with helpful and friendly staff who really know their stuff in stunning surroundings and best of all surprisingly good value. If you're visiting a few make this your last as there really is none to compare.

We have visited Delaire on a number occasions, for the wine tasting and the stunning views, but we visited for lunch, and we were not disappointed. Tables on the terraces, under the dabbles sunshine from the trees, lovely cold glass of Chenin and the most fabulous fish and chips!. The service, as always, was very good. The perfect way the while away a few hours over lunch. Then a stroll up the hill to look at the Spa and the gardens, this is a most magnificent place.

What not to like. The whole place is a WOW!! The gardens, the restaurant (only for meals ...a bit expensive) the SPA and wine tastingand Diamonds to wish for.....this is realy the most beautiful wine farm in Cpae town.

Greeted by a luxury hotel and the wine tasting takes place in the garden with a view of the vineyards and mountains.Knowledgeable staff and also possibility to walk around in the hotel.
