I stumbled upon this course because I was looking for the earliest tee time I could find one summer day. When I saw 6:00am on the website I thought that was perfect. When I called to makeup reservation the man at the pro shop said the earliest was 5:30am in the summer. Perfect! I haven't played in a while and I must say it was a rough day. This course was challenging (as I am about a 17 handicap). After playing it a few more times you get a better feel for the course, but in talking with members of the course, it is still a difficult course. The course is in great shape, although it is not the tip course I have played in Maryland, it definately ranks in my too 5. Challenging finishing 3 holes that really make you work for your score. Clubhouse food is average but nothing beats sitting on the porch outside drinking a few beers and overlooking the course. What a view. You can see about six holes and the driving range from stop the clubhouse porch.

We played on a really hot day, so the use of golf carts was in order. Course starts of with a nice par five, and there were many challenging holes, but the greens were a little slow. Overall a nice, but not spectacular, course. For bogey players white tees are recommended.
