If you are spending any time in North Beach, MD, and especially if you have an interest in what this area was like when it was the closest beach to Washington and Baltimore, the exhibits will draw you back to a time when steamboats and trains discharged visitors here (and in Chesapeake Beach). Scouts will find the exhibit on Camp Roosevelt interesting. Great pictures and nicely designed exhibits (and a pleasant staff) make it a worthwhile stop.

This small museum is packed with interesting history, photos, and exhibits. Plan to spend an hour or so perusing a bit of North Beach history.
