Everything was great,no long waiting queues ,I arrived at 11 whole thing finished at 1.The the ride took around 20mins.I was lucky to have Sean as my instructor,he is Craaaazyyy and made it one hell of an experience!!!My 1st skydive and definitely not my last :)

I went here to spontaneously have my first skydive experience and it was all worth it! My teacher was very cool he makes sure I was calm. Before the dive they will let you know what you should expect, what to do etc. I had it video taped since I Don't know if I'm gonna do it again and even if it's a bit pricey it is just so worth it since your experience is priceless! I say if I have another chance to skydive I'll be more than comfortable enough to do it again here at Skydive Baltimore :)

Friendly staff, professional instructors, well organized and run operation. My instructor, Don, was focused on me, patient, and responsive to my questions. Gave pointed and specific instructions and repeated them several times. Gave instructions during the jump and provided me an opportunity to work the chute. The free fall was a fantastic rush. Beautiful scenic trip back to earth. An AWESOME journey!

My daughter, her husband, my sister and her daughter were all going to jump in June, but had a rain cancellation. That was fortunate for my son and myself! At the end of our OBX trip (and getting chased out by hurricane Arthur) my sister rescheduled their jump and signed my son and I to jump too! They honored the Groupon coupon price and all six of us jumped... 2 at a time. The instructors were fantastic and assisted us perfectly. We had a great time and were ready to jump again.My sister and her daughter got the video and pictures and they turned out great!

Amazing experience that i can't wait to share with my family and friends. They joke and laugh with you making you feel comfortable and safe! This was my first jump, and I can't wait to go back! I would definitely recommend Skydive Baltimore to anyone!

I have wanted to jump out of an airplane for about 50 years. The Living Social coupon persuaded me. It was the best! My instructor, Kai, made me feel so confident that I had no fear at all. He was very thorough with his instructions and explanations. The entire jump from start to finish was amazing. I am going back - soon!

Scheduled and arrived for my jump. I was pleasantly greeted by all employees and checked in. My instructor, Don, was very friendly and took fabulous care of me. The facility was perfect for its purpose, people, you're not living there, you're in and out! Loved my amazing experience and the awesome customer service! Keep up the great work and I'll be back!!!!

Jumped Today!!! Great experience, craziest thing I've ever done. My instructor was Arnold who was awesome and made sure i understood the instructions clearly. I could tell that the Jump Masters were serious about safety and making sure we had a good jump. Got the $150 groupon which is a great deal in my opinion and we made a reservation. Got in, filled out a few quick wavers, suited up, went through instructions and was in the plain within 20 minutes which i thought was sweet cause i busted wanted to jump! Plain was small but so what you get to jump out of it!! Anyone complaining on here is a pampered little baby, this place is my kind of place, cool people, quick, good camera work, and overall just awesome experience. I jumped for the first time with Don and it was amazing. I felt as safe as I think you can getting ready to jump out of a plane... I got the video and pictures and it was totally worth it. I will definitely go back and do it again! We landed and I was ready to go again.

This is my 2nd jump. The first was with another company about 15 years ago or more. This was by far, superior. The staff was professional and very efficient. We were heading for the plane in less than an hour of being there. My instructor (Sean) was, in the words of another reviewer, short and to the point and very professional. I never had a doubt that he would get me to the ground safely. The facilities are well maintained with planes that add a bit of nostalgia. I don't know about the photo experience, as I did not get that package. Best of all, I paid less for two people than I did for myself the first time. Great experience all around.

I survived my first jump with Marcelo! It was an experience of a lifetime. The staff were very friendly and lots of fun, which made my experience much more enjoyable and put my fears to rest. They took a video and pic's of the entire jump and I was able to take them home that day! I have been sharing my experience with everyone I know. Definately going back again!

I just jumped for the 2nd time this summer. I ordered video and pictures and just got video. When I called to check on my pictures they kept telling me their looking into it. I called everyday and got the same answer until a week later they told me they don't have them. They said I'd be reimbursed a $20 difference from the $119 I paid. They gave me $20. When I called to say I was owed $99 they said that's not their policy. When I said I want reimbursed for the full 119 I was told they'd talk to the owner and call back. I never got a call. I am still waiting for my money back 2 weeks later. If you decide to jump here bring your own go pro or I guarantee you will not get what you pay for

Enjoyed and survived my first jump with JD. The process was quick and I was falling through the sky before I knew it. JD was short and to the point, yet professional. I enjoyed the character of the plane and the hanger. The check in staff were polite. If I were to go again, I would take something for motion sickness before hand.

The diving itself was awesome, but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Paid for both video and photos, they only mailed me the video. When I called back, the receptionist or whatever told me she would look it up and call me back and she never did. On my fourth call, they told me they didn't take pictures. I am pissed off, taking pictures and keeping your own words are just too difficult for those people there. I believe the instructor Kai just didn't take any pics. Don't recommend going there, will never go back. What you gonna get is nothing but careless service and bunch of fraudulent talk.

Me and my husband went Skydive Baltimore on July 7 for our one year anniversary. I had JD as my instructor and he was great. He made my whole experience fun. I would recommend this place to everybody. Will definitely do it again. Thanks JD for this amazing experience.
