Lots to do, great pumpkin selection, fun hayride, and incredible apple crumb and ice cream! The kids loved it, and kept busy in the hay maze.. over and under-

Parlee farm is a great place to bring the family for a fun afternoon. I've only been during apple season, and although the place gets pretty crowded, the employees at the farm do a great job of keeping people moving through the different areas that make up the farm. In addition to apple and other fruit picking, there are lots of other things to do for both kids and adults. There are goats and rabbits the kids can feed. The goats have ramps that they can go up in the trees and the kids can use a little conveyor belt to send the food up to them. The kids in our family love running around on top of the giant (4-5 foot tall) hay bales they have arranged in a maze-like fashion. For the adults (in addition to chasing the kids around on the hay bales), you can also browse their shop of homemade goods and products from the farm (the homemade donuts are delicious) or sit down and enjoy an ice-cream from their stand. For apple picking, you take a short hay ride out to the rows of apple trees they are currently picking off of and then take another ride back when you are done. Although it's been busy when we have been there, we have never had to wait more than a few minutes to catch the ride out to or back in from the trees.Beautiful farm with a lot of fun things to do!

This is a really big farm. They hay ride has something like 5 carts stringed together. We didn’t actually go apple picking here, since we went raspberry and apple picking at another farm, but we came for the cider donuts. They have a large barn in which they sell baked goods, apples, jams, etc, and they also sell ice cream and frozen cider. They also let you pet and feed the goats, sheep, and bunnies, which is fun. It does feel really commercialized. But the bathrooms are clean!

Parlee Farms is a great place to pick fresh fruits and vegetables. Right now it is blueberry season. You can check their website for current picking conditions. There is also a petting zoo, junior tractor ride, home made donuts, and ice cream stand. You could make a day of your visit!I love the place!

Parlee is the absolute best place for picking your own fruit and visiting with the farm animals. I first found out about Parlee maybe 6 years ago when I needed a pyo apple orchard and they did not disappoint- they have the largest honeycrisp apples I've ever seen! We go a couple of times every year in the fall for the different varieties of apples- and especially love that they are one of the few farms with ginger golds to start the season. About 3 years ago, we also tried their blueberry picking and it was amazing- we went 3 times that summer, and again twice last summer, and have already been this year even though the season started one week ago. The blueberries are huge and tasty, and they have staff everywhere in the fields giving picking tips and offering advice on where the best fruit is. Parlee also has strawberry and cherry picking (which are closed for the season as of early July 2014).. and while I have never been there for that- they do have those fruits fresh-picked in the farmstand and they look beautiful. They have a great farm stand, and amazing apple crisp in the fall as well that you can order at the ice cream counter. I also love feeding the baby goats... but they do have sheep and bunnies as well. I love that this is a family owned local farm and because of that they keep their pricing very reasonable. But living 40 minutes away has been hard over the last year and a half because Parlee somehow gained a crazy amount of popularity and gets very very busy on weekends. I'm happy for them but having been there for a while when it was so much less busy, I can see the difference as a guest. When we go, we know we have to be there within the first half hour of them opening so we can get into the fields before they make the announcements to close the fields for the day due to "large picking crowds". They are very good about e-mailing when the seasons start and updating their facebook page and phone hotline throughout the day with updated conditions. It is very common for the picking hours to change from what they originally planned for to closing hours earlier because of the large crowds... so definitely check before you leave your house and once again when you get close. We will continue to come back again and again!

We love Parlee Farms. My fiancee has a son who is 9 and there is always something for him to do. In the early summer, there is strawberry and blueberry picking, and then in the fall we go apple picking, pumpkin picking, and they have a hay maze that is always busy! You get to ride in a hay wagon to get out to the further fields and they have goats, chickens, sheep, and bunnies that you can feed (so be sure to bring plenty of quarters). They have an ice cream stand and farm store. They have different home made fruit donuts for each season, and I can guarantee that you will want to purchase more than one bag, they are absolutely delicious!

Great place for small kids and adults. Pet feeding area, apple picking and an awesome store selling all kinds of treats, I recommend the ice cream and the donuts!

They have all kinds of fruit to pick from early in the season strawberries to peaches to apples and pumpkins. Great petting zoo for the kids and a play area as well. The treats in the bake shop are delicious and corn and other local veggies couldn't be better. If you're into ice cream there's a great shop with local baked treats depending on the season - strawberry shortcake in the spring/summer and apple crisp in the fall.

We've been to Parlee Farms many times in the fall. Their homemade donuts are very tasty and you can watch them make the donuts. They have a fun petting zoo with goats, rabbits, sheep and chickens. All the children seem to love the petting zoo. They also have a maze made of hay. The one downside is the price of kids tractor ride which lasted a short period of time. The even have lots of hand sanitizers throughout the eating areas of the farm.

Last October we took our granddaughter (5) and grandson (3) to Parlees. We all had a great time. It is actually a farm stand, but they have added lots of stuff for kids to do. They have a petting zoo where kids can feed goats and sheep. There is a hay bale maze that our granddaughter loved. They also have a hay ride through the fields, really fun (we went twice) that lets you off right at the pumpkin patch where the kids can pick one out - and the parents can pay for. There's a building where you can buy light snacks, ice cream (I think), also maple syrup, various farm products and, surprise- surprise, delicious donuts. Bonus: You can watch them being made in an automated machine. It brought back memories of when I saw such a machine as a kid. More good news, they have bathrooms available. On a nice fall day, it is a great way to spend the afternoon.

Beautiful, buccolic setting for a working farm in the Merrimack River Valley. Family owned and run and the care shows in their excellent and classy farmstand. Depending on what's in season, they have pick your own options for strawberries, blueberries, apples, peaches, flowers and pumpkins. Very good corn-on-the-cob! Farmstand includes an ice cream stand and donut making operation and a small bakery. Jams, jellies, salad dressings, and honey are among their packaged products. Hay rides available during apple picking season. Family friendly small animal feeding area. Corn maze in the fall. Clean restrooms. Tends to get crowded on fall weekends, but there is ample parking that includes handicap spaces close to the stand.

Off the beaten track in a beautiful setting, Parlee Farms delivers on in-season fresh fruit - the honeycrisp apples being my personal favorite. Great place for children to enjoy a few farm animals, play on haystacks, and pick fruit.

My wife and I recently moved to Tyngsborough and discovered the local gem Parlee Farms. They have fresh veggies for sale daily, a petting zoo and of course what New England farm wouldn't be complete without hot cider and cider donuts. All and all if you are looking for farm fresh produce and like supporting a local family stop by Parlee Farms you won't be disappointed!

Awesome place to pick blueberries, etc. I got there 3-4 times a year. If you dont feel like picking your own, they sell them, plus apples, peaches, strawberries, vegs, flowers, homemade donuts, etc.
