I don't know how this place has such good reviews. It costs $9 per person to get in, but thankfully we had a 1/2 price ticket from our library and we got a teacher discount. The "museum" is basically like going to someone's messy house and playing with their toys. Just go to a friend's house and play with their toys if you need to get out of the house. It's free and probably more fun. There are no elevators. Just two floors of miserable, messy rooms with toys. Just stay away from this place.

My sons both have enjoyed the Easton Children's Museum. We live in town and tend to forget it's there but when we do go, they have had a great time. Only complaint I have it that it is not really disabled friendly, being an old fire house there are stairs to get to the up and down stairs.

Went for a play date with two other mom's and there children ages18 months to 4years old. We went and paid full price $9 and then 15 mins after being there a field trip came from a school (3buses) my daughter got pushed, told she couldn't play with the kitchen stuff, and I got pushed when I was trying to get my daughter out the treehouse in the firefighter room. The field trip kept telling us to get out of the way. We ask for our money back and they told us no. So just so you don't pay full price and hAve this experience, ask if field trips are coming and leave if so! To small of a place for 3bus loads of children and other folks visiting!

I've taken my son there 3 times and he's enjoyed it differently every time - the visits were about a year apart each time. It does get crowded (predictably) on rainy days and during school vacation weeks but I've never found it to be so crowded that it was less enjoyable.

Have brought my sons here a couple times. Additionally sent one son there for summer camp day programming. Great for the under 6 children.

We went to celebrate Chinese New Year since they had a few activities going on for the holiday. The holiday activities were all very age appropriate and enjoyable. The craft to make scales for a dragon was attended by three volunteers/staff who were very engaged with the kids and cleaned up continually. As a museum, it was a nice place to visit for a the 3.5 hours we were there, but I would not consider getting a membership even if I lived closer. There were a lot of people there, I'm not sure if that is usual or not. With so many kids I wished the areas/centers had more things to play with (doctor's tools, kitchen place settings). There was an area to apply your own face paint which was kind of neat, but as a result there was a lot of face paint on the dress up clothing which was unfortunate. There are three floors and various displays/centers to play in. It was clean and the staff was very nice knowing it was our first visit to point out where activities were going on and policies about food/lunch.

Our two Granddaughters had a wonderful time here. Nothing fancy, nothing elaborate but just good and interesting fun for them. The parking was a bit challenged and I was disappointed that I missed taking advantage of some admission discounts. Great opportunity for the 5-8 year old's to have some fun for a few hours.

I was looking for something to do with my 2 years-old and we went there as I got a pass with my library membership. It wasn't exactly what I expected but it kept my daughter busy for a while. I would not describe this as a museum, more like different playrooms. It's not big, so easy to manage your kid but not somewhere I'll go often.

We have had a membership here for years and the kids like going here on rainy days. The kiddie birthday parties are pretty good as well, and there are a few night time events per year to. Reciprocal agreements with some other museums to boot. Worth it.

If you have younger (3-8 yr old) children or grandchildren there isn't a better place to be on a rainy day. Lots of hands on stuff for the kids to do. Plus check their website for special guests that add to the enjoyment. Kraft rooms, doctor's office, kitchen playroom, dinosaurs, spaceships and even an outdoor play area will keep the little ones busy for hours.

We used half off tickets from our local library but even at full price it's not a bad deal. There was enough to keep my 5 year old occupied for about 3 hours and he would have stayed longer if he could and mentioned wanting to come back when it was warmer outside. It had ample free parking and the staff was friendly. It was a nice relaxing afternoon.

I found this place when searching for new things to do with the kids. I was surprised to see some negatives things said about it on here so I went to check it out. It sits in downtown North Easton off Route 24 near Brockton. I had never been down to this area and is was an easy ride. This place is in an old fire station which was remodeled for this museum. It is 3 floors and you can still see remnants of the old station which is cool. They even have old pics on the wall showing old fire engines and the fire team that was housed here. The inside is nice and small which is adequate for little kids like 2-5. The good thing about this place, it is manageable compared to the craziness of the Boston Children's Museum. It is easier to get in and out and is less crowded and you don't have to pay for parking. The admission is $7.50 and the best thing is if you are a member of the Boston museum, you get in free on the reciprocal program and vice versa. The inside is designed almost like Boston with various hands on exhibits and things to touch and play with. The rocket ship is cool with buttons and there is a pirate ship and a fireman's pole, dinosaurs, puppet theatre, doctors office etc. Lots of things to climb on and interact with. The stuff is in good shape and it is clean with restrooms and hand sanitizer. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they even host birthday parties. Highly recommended.
