This is the most talked-about restaurant for miles around, and while the location and ambience are terrific, I have to been impressed with the food. I'm likely in the minority there, but for me the food it too upscale and pricey for my tastes. I will say, however, having attended a wedding there, the food served then far surpassed what I had at the restaurant. You can't beat the atmosphere…an old barn converted into one of the most gorgeous restaurants and wedding venues around. Just too expensive for me.

I've been there twice.....maybe farm to table but very plain cooking.....very busy on a weekday nightit could be great if food had just a bit more specialiness to it...

One of the most beautiful towns in New England. Magnificent views from the hill. Easy hike to the top - a large cattle ranch nearby, breathtaking scenery of northwest Boston countryside stretches as far as eye can see.

Make reservations and expect to be dining in heaven. Fresh farm to table food with great service and taste to return for. Last minute eats can be addressed but it's a long wait by the bar. Reservations or not well worth the wait and cost.

We hike this trail frequently with our two boys (5 and 8). It's easy enough, and the views are worth the effort. Pack a picnic and make an afternoon of it, or plan on less than an hour round-trip.

Great for date night or special occassion - too pricey for regular visit. Love the fresh and local ingredients - food is consistently delicious and of high quality. Relaxed and unhurried atmosphere, impeccable service and great views. I've done take out and it's top notch - it's packaged absolutely beautifully.

Love this little hike to the top of Gibbet Hill. Love the view, love the cows... it's steep at times but a good work out. Have to bring a camera!

Great food, and even better when you go for a hike up the hill to the "castle" first
