sulphur springs city park

We recently visited Bluff Dwellers Caverns in Noel, MO and noticed this park on the drive up from Arkansas. The playground reminded me of the ones I enjoyed as a child, which seem to have all been replaced with plastic ones, I loved the idea of my boys enjoying the simple playthings that I once loved. We made a mental note of the park and decided to drive back to enjoy our picnic lunch and let our kids play on the merry-go-round! They have quite a few picnic areas and tables, various recreation options, the springs and a creek to explore. I wish we would have had more time, because the kids were having a blast and the baseball field would have been perfect for flying a kite! In warmer weather my boys would have loved to play in the creek and explore the rocks and ruins that we saw. It looked like they had a little museum on site as well that is open on the weekends.
