live bait

The Band was terrific. There was an 80's band there two nights and they were so lively! The place can get crowded but it was so much fun!

Absolutely wonderful food! Often times live entertainment (later in the evening). Great place for entire family! Food is exquisite and very reasonably priced. I cannot visit Orange Beach without going to Live Bait!!!

We originally were going to another seafood place but missed our turn and decided to try this place. I would recommend the catch of the day. Mine was grouper which was prepared properly and not overdone which is my pet peeve with fish. My husband had the seafood platter which was plentiful and a nice variety - shrimp, fish, crab, oysters. They do need to work on their dark beer selection, none to speak of although we are fond of New Glarus Brewery! I though the price was reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. The server was very attentive too.

My family and I had just walked out of a restaurant due to sub par service and was incredibly hesitant on the next decision. Our worries were for not, because we received excellent service at Live Bait. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We fell in love and will make this a must-do for every visit.

Looks great on billboards and internet but not so great in reality. We visited with five adults and a baby. Service was ok, atmosphere was ok and some food was ok. The pecan crusted tilapia wan not good, the combination fried seafood platter was pretty good and the steamed crab was very good. We will be back in June but will not eat here again.
