The casino is on a paddle wheel boat docked in Amelia. It has the usual gambling machines and tables. It is no substitute for Las Vegas. Once you join and frequent it, they send you many gifts including gasoline reimbursement. Nice touch.

The Amelia Belle Casino is not one of your bigger boat, but if you love slots, it's two floors of fun. There is a large variety to choose from, including a lot of the new ones and most of the "oldies but goodies". You may have a problem is you play the tables. Three are no problems in weekdays, but on weekends, you may have to wait a while to get a seat at your favorite game. There are no craps or roulette tables. There is a buffet on the third floor which is very good with a nice variety of dishes. The price is a little on the high side for a buffet. Also on the third floor, there is a spot for live entertainment on weekends. All in all, this is a nice, clean casino with an very helpful staff. If you join the "B Connected Club", you get free buffets, and a lot of free giveaways during the month. This is one of my favorite places to go during the week along with the other "Old Goats". Remember, never wager more than you can afford. Casino's were made for fun, not a place to gain retirement.

This casino is build in an old riverboat and is a bit hard to find because the roadsigns aren't all very visible anymore. When we signed up for the players card we got a free Cajun buffet. The buffet was okay. There are three or four floors of slot machines and we had a good time playing them. Some old, some new, some gave and some took our money. Five minutes drive from the Hwy 90.

Average location. Air quality is very poor. The smoke hits you like a ton of bricks. Floors are very uneven, they never leveled it out. Not much in bonuses. Slot selection was pretty good. Casino security stopped us from taking picture of mardi gras display...even Vegas allows photos!

The food at this Casino is very good.. People I was with won some pretty good money too. Try it out if you are down that way.

Skeptical pulling in parking lot. It's a building that looks like a boat. Players club folks are nicest ever. Slots paid nice. Had tables, I only play roulette, locals a little rowdy but dealer just ignores them and continued on. Was worth my time.
