Gregory at the Burbon Street bar said my friend had to much to drink after 2 drinks. Just because the were not made like Don's. Ms Smith said the bartender cut us off. I cashed in a $1000 in chips and canceled our room. Never will go back. Nor a lot of influential people. A major attorney's wife was with me. We were so quite. Trust me I have made more noise at a black jack table. So sad a peon could loose so much biz.

This was my first time since2 years, pretty much the same way,outdated bathrooms,not a good players club. The food was good. The machines don't want to payout. Not 2 years ago, not now. My very last time.No self service drinks either.

Gambled here with friend for a few hours. Staff was friendly. Casino was very clean and well kept up. Free soda, coffee and water. Good assortment of slot and table games. I would go to this casino again.

Well, the room was clean folks were nice. Slots were not too loose but okay for a small casino. Table games were a bit high minimums. Food bordered on disgusting for a casino. Not much to do there but Charleston is a short drive. Not much there either though. Our room on third floor was pretty nice and quiet although the bed was real soft. Drinks in room a bit pricy but it's what they have. We stayed 5 days maybe 3 too many. Glad we went but doubt a quick return if ever.

Gamblers and non-gamblers alike have plenty of activities at this attraction. Multiple bars and a range of restaurants complement the gaming area.Restaurants range from the French Quarter (better dining) to grills. Prices are available for nearly every budget.Menu selection offered for those that wager on dog racing is adequate.

You don't get free drinks when you gamble like Vegas or Atlantic city. I realize they have a county law against giving away alcohol. But they should at least sell you cheap drinks instead of charging $6 for a mixed drink.

Great place to visit and gamble. Noisy, but room for everyone. Lots of parking spaces. rinks ood and a fun ple o go with friends and family.

The casino was well maintained, not really busy, but itwas Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I will return soon to see the mid-week to weekend crowd. I only play slots, they seemed pretty reasonable, I left with more money than I took.

The staff was wonderful. We were out-of-towners but were treated like friends. They even went out of their way to save my brother from being hanged by a convicted murderer that was threatening him. Now that's what I call service!

I tried booking their presidential Suite for a girl weekend and was told that it was NOT handicap accessible. They only offered handicap accessible in their standard rooms. My sister is a 37 vibrant woman that should not have to settle for a standard room. Unacceptable!

Non-smoking which is fine with me but difficult on most gamblers. Small and outdated slot machines ...payback seemed extremely low...parked RV in lot designated for such....security knocked on our door after we were in bed to say we could not stay overnight. The rules had just changed 2 nights ago and signs had not been posted yet. Unbelievable we had to relocate at that hour of the night. Such a shame as word spreads fast in RV world and they will blacklist this casino. Note RVers that gambles are usually big gamblers and have the money to afford this recreation.

It is spoke free --which is definitely a plus--has dog racing and very good buffet--when you sign up for players card--they give you $10 to bet with to start. Really enjoyed it there.

Loved this resort and casino. Staff were very friendly and the accommodations were excellent. A smoke-free casino!!! It was great!!! Very spacious and exceptionally clean! Loved everything about it. Food was great, room was great, and casino was excellent!

We have a promotional coupon for a free night at the hotel. I also had a coupon for free money to gamble with if i joined the Players Club. We arrived at the hotel early and we were allowed to check in as our room was ready. The hotel is pretty new and the room was lovely. Nice beds and linens, good amenities. It's a short walk.elevator ride.escalator ride to the casino. There are slot machines, craps, and blackjack. Lots of slots. i am not much of a gambler but i was playing on their money. I signed up for the Players Club and received a card with $100 on it. My husband and I both got an extra $20 each as new members. This is also a greyhound track, so we spent some time there. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. All in all, we ended up leaving with more money than we came with, so all was well. It is a huge facility and walking from the outside area near the track back to the room was quite a distance. This was a Saturday night, so the casino got crowded later in the evening, but a fun atmosphere. It's also non-smoking, a huge plus. We ate at the buffet restaurant, which was good,. nothing spectacular, but only $10 each, so worth it. We live only about two hours away, so will go back soon.
