I stopped at the Stoneville Saloon during the 2014 Sturgis motorcycle rally. We were taking a scenic motorcycle ride during the motorcycle rally and decided to follow Hwy. 212 west into Montana. After riding for about 1 hr. we came across the Stoneville Saloon, located in Alzada, MT in the middle of nowhere. The town of Alzada, MT has a population of approximately 40 people. The only businesses in this town are the bar and a gas station. The bar is very rustic looking on the outside. During the motorcycle rally you'll find people coming and going, but I'm told that during the rest of the year you probably have the place to yourself! The inside of the bar is also very rustic looking and oddly decorated with antiques everywhere. You'll find the floor covered with saw dust and an old wood burning stove in the corner. The men's bathroom was decorated with posters of bikini clad women. This was the first time I've ever seen a urinal equipped with handlebars!During the Sturgis rally, the Stoneville Saloon advertises "Topless Tuesday" and has a wet T-shirt contest. The bar also advertises "Cheap beer, Lousy food". The bar also had live music in the parking lot. This is a great dive bar and makes a great spot to stop and have a beer. The Stoneville Saloon is conveniently located on a scenic route between Sturgis, SD and Devil's Tower national monument near Huelett, WY
