Actually I think it costed five million. It has the slides and the big bucket and the kids area and a whirlpool which is usually popular. Also an ordinary swimming pool. It's heated but not necessarily to your liking. Lots of lifeguards who rotate zone defense positions regularly. Swim lessons are especially good because they occur after normal hours so it's peaceful as the sun sets and your children are taught.

Fun pool. Cheap snacks/ food . Kid's loved it! Huge pool for kids and adults but it's only 3 feet high at highest point. Deeper pool with diving boards. 2 big slides and 2 small slides for young children.

While visiting family in Richmond, we visited the water park, it was a holiday weekend, but the lines were not long for the slides, still plenty of lounge chairs available, and the cost was very affordable. They do have lockers, bathrooms and concessions stand food/drinks. The park area in general is very nice, I seen plenty of play grounds, ball fields and jogging trails, everything there was well maintained.

Being on the hill beside Gibson Bay Golf Course and all of the soccer and baseball complexes was genius. There are also playgrounds, shelters with grills and putt putt all within walking distance. This makes for a perfect area for families. My only wish is that they would expand it. I feel like Richmond has outgrown Paradise Cove at this point and with all the surpluses in the city budget, an addition to this watermark would make it perfect!!! Way too crowded most days. They'd get more attendance with more room and chairs inside!

This is a great place. I mean, what kid wouldn't like water slides. It is very clean and well maintained. They have an Olympic size pool with two (2) diving boards. They also have three or four large slides and then a big little kids size. The larger pool is shallow so my 4 year old doesn't have to worry about drowning They also have a playground structure in the water with a water bucket that falls every so often. They do offer food and a snack window. The prices are a little expensive, but not too bad. The three or four vending machines and plenty of chairs.

The place is grate for both adult and kids. The area is big and there are different activities for the kids. The slide were fun and the climbing was great. It is the best time for the month to visit this place and having fun with a family.

The pool is great for kids and adults. Several areas/pools. And things for kids to do, like slides, diving, climbing, etc.

The slides were fun, and so was the whirlpool - centrifugal area. My daughter enjoyed playing in the bucket area. Crowded but a very fun day.

Richmond did a wonderful job in creating a very fun pool for the community. However, it's so fun that it is insanely packed most of the day. I wish it would be open a little longer hours to spread out the crowds. Also, my kids call this place "The RULE pool," because it feels like there are a million rules. You can't have a zipper or button ANYWHERE on your swimsuit if you go on the slide. You can't enter the pool from the sides. You can't jump off the diving board or slide with goggles. A parent can't be in the diving well or on a kid slide with their child. You have to exit the diving well from the ladders and not swim under the rope. At this point, we can just roll with all the rules and laugh, but when my kids were trying to get the courage to jump off the diving board, it was very annoying. The good thing is that the pool is monitored very closely by the lifeguards, but it's so crowded that a nervous parent might not be very relaxed at this pool!
