A 4 year old and 2 year oldReally like the new inflatables they have now. Keeps both kids occupied. They could probably stay there all day! Also love that parents can join in on the fun. Will definitely go back

I'm sorry that the IMMEDIATE response to your daughter saying that she lost her phone in an inflatable was not quick enough for you. When you called the next day (a Sunday), no one was available to look at the surveillance footage. When someone looked at it on Monday, you were called and you admitted that you were surprised that you had been told a different story by your daughter. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to write a bad review about us for everyone to see when the phone was not stolen but in fact lost, and your daughter just didn't want you to be upset with HER.

My family and I had a great family time there. The children loved all facilities and the staffs were very kind and willing to help. I recommend this place.

I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with your party experience here. We usually get wonderful comments and have had families have more than one party here, so it's always difficult hearing reviews that people weren't happy with their party. I'm one of the owners and I was not present last weekend, so it wasn't an owner that dealt with at the front desk. I apologize for someone mistaking your age and it upsetting you. We also get great responses on our pizza and we sell a lot of it because it tastes so good. I'm sorry that you didn't like it. I do hope that the kids had fun playing and that you will choose to visit our facility again. Thank you for taking the time to let us know that we didn't meet your expectations and we will continue to improve our customer service.

I am so very sorry for your treatment while trying to enjoy our facility. I will definitely look into this as this is not our policy to look into peoples bags. We do hope that people respect our "no outside food/drink" policy but I was unaware that my employees were going to such lengths so enforce it. I hope that the children had a good time and I hope that you will return and give us another chance and showing you what a wonderful facility we can be as we have gotten many compliments on how fun it is and how friendly we are. I'm so sorry that you were disappointed about your son's party. We allow guests to bring in their own cake for parties because kids usually have a theme in mind and everyone wants to personalize their cake and since we are not in the cake business, we allow everyone to bring in their own cake. We offer a "no food/drink" package in order to offer families a less expensive package, but that doesn't mean that you can then bring in your own food/drinks. That is explained when you book the party, it's on the website and on the party brochure. I'm sorry that there was confusion about this policy, but it doesn't excuse how you were treated. I apologize on behalf of my employee. I also want to assure you that this isn't customary treatment of our customers and we get many wonderful comments regarding our facility and our parties. I hope that you will consider bringing the kids back to play again very soon.

I'm very sorry that your kids didn't enjoy our facility and that you felt it was dirty. We actually get comments on a regular basis saying how clean it is here and how much fun their kids have. There are families that come often and their kids never feel that it's getting boring. I never like to hear that someone was dissatisfied with our facility so we will continue to strive to improve. This is a great place for all ages. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rides are varied and interesting, and the policies are adult and kid-friendly. The trampoline is worth the extra 3.00. The only thing they don't have is a pinball machine. A fun time for all!

My young grandaughter loved the bouncy activities.The price was right.There were enough indoor activities to amuse her.Not much for age 10 and above.

It's a large warehouse with about 12-14 bouncy houses if various skill level. In the back parking lot they have 4 more water bouncy houses w slides and a wading pool. My child played for 2 hours and we had to force her to leave. It as $11 for inside and outside. Socks are required for inside use and are available for $1. It was 90 degrees outside and this place can be sweltering. Air conditioning would make this place great. The outside was very fun but the view was of an abandoned lot. Kids didn't seem to mind. For the price it was nice. We loved that adults could bounce as well. This was helpful to get out preschooler adjusted to the experience.

I highly recommend this attraction! My 4 year old grandson absolutely LOVED this place! The only drawback was that it was nearly 90 outside that day, and the inside portion of Playland was very hot. Nonetheless, we all had so much fun! If you go in the warm weather, be sure to bring your child's bathing suit and pay the extra $4 for the outdoor water bouncies. It will allow the child to cool off and have fun. The entrance fee covers the cost of the kids admissions. However, adults can go on the bouncies for no extra charge in order to help supervise their kids. Unfortunately, the adults cannot go on the outdoor water bouncies, due to size limits. But, there are tables and you can cool off by standing near the water bouncies and getting spashed by the water coming off the slides, etc. There is a single person changing room outside for getting into a bathing suit. I would recommend just having the child change in the indoor bathrooms, as the "changing room" was about the size of a porta potty! You can buy drinks and snacks at a reasonable price while there. They offer parties for special occasions, which we would love to take advantage of if we lived closer. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Went here with an 11 and 16 year old. It was a blast for all and lots to do. Don't miss out. This place is a great value for the entertainment and workout.
