If your a Baseball fan like me, this is a must see, in this charming little Village there lies all the baseball history worth seeing. If you purchase your ticket after 7PM it is also good for the whole next day, and you need more that one day to see everything.

A Baseball Nuts Disney World! Need I say more? Loved that we could leave and go for lunch and then come back if we wanted to. So much to see :)

Small town with a lot of baseball history. If you are into baseball memorabilia and the history of baseball this is the place to go

Delightful museum for diehard baseball fans and even those with limited interest. Well done exhibits, plan to spend several hours to see it all. Must see if you are in Cooperstown.

Loved every minute of this museum. And that's what it is...a museum of baseball. If you're not interested in the history of baseball, you probably will be bored or done with the tour in an hour. we were there all day. I suggest you DVR or rent Ken Burn's Baseball series and watch before you visit Cooperstown. As in any attraction, get there when they open to avoid the crowds. We then found a coffee shop for lunch and a rest and went back for a few more hours.

Just about everyone knows what it means to say a player will "make it to Cooperstown." The little village in central New York state is synonymous with the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum or, as fans refer to it, "the Hall." This shrine to baseball and everything the game means underwent major renovation and expansion during the 1990s and its programs and collections are truly a must for families of fans or those who are curious about history. Prepare to spend a few hours in this enlightening museum touring each floor and marveling at the displays of artifacts from every era of the national pastime. The plaques of every inductee are housed in one great hall and to go from one to the next, reading of these baseball greats is go back in time, to recall a fan's heroes and, in the words of the great baseball writer Roger Angell, to "remain forever young."

We held a car tour--1929-1954-early 6-cylinder Chevys-in Sept of 2014. We took 60 cars, 132 people, and 1 dog to Cooperstown to see the National Baseball Hall of Fame. We parked on the street and showed off our cars. While the townspeople were admiring our cars, we were enjoying the baseball museum. Every great in baseball from the beginning to Derek Jeter retiring was in this beautiful building. We spent most of the day there, as there are many movies, shorts, and exhibits to see and interact with. Everyone needs to go see this once, even if you are not a baseball fan. I loved it.

We had the place pretty much to ourselves on a snowy February day. That suited me just fine and I relished visiting the greats of baseball at my own pace and in a peaceful space.I like that the Hall isn't all flashing lights and noisy displays. It simply shows you the history of baseball, its great participants and its glorious history is a straightforward, non-glitzy fashion.Well worth a visit, particularly off-season.
