A great historic museum that has everything for gems, books, TVs, and historical items. Really enjoyed the traveling quilt exhibit that apparently changes every summer. It's a small museum that will take you less than an hour to go through, but totally worth the stop.

We enjoyed looking at the items this little museum had. We were surprised to find photos of my husband's family on the walls. The lady working that day was very friendly and fun to talk to.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you go in you realize that this little museum was built by real people, with a real love for their community. A lot of personal family heirlooms have been donated. It makes it feel like a visit with a local resident.

It was free and they were having a quilt exhibit, so of course we had to stop. : ) Interesting collection of local memorabilia and the docent was very informative. Good stop.
