I have never liked wine, and I have tried several (my partner is all about the wine). However, we just spent the after noon at this place and I finally found something I liked!!! The people there were all extremely nice, the atmosphere was really laid back and inviting, and the wine was actually really good. There were definitely a few that we tried and didn't like, but we ended up leaving there with 6 different bottles of wine and some of there snacks. We will absolutely go back and plan on bringing friends!!!

We weren't looking for wine tasting, but decided it would be a fun way to kill some time. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming and informative. We were even taken into the wine making room. It was a cold day out and we had warmed spiced red wine. Yum. I'll be going back.

Great place to try local wines. For $5 you get to taste 5 different wines of your choice from there wine list. We had a girls party there yesterday and it was so much fun.

We started our mini vacation with wine tasting at the winery in Estes Park, and we were not disappointed! We had several amazing wines and the staff, especially Paula, were incredibly helpful! They even gave us ideas on places to eat dinner and activities! We will definitely be going here again!

Didn't really expect to find a winery in Estes Park but right off the main strip is Snow Peaks Winery. Nice friendly tasting and retail shop, great wines, selections for cheese, crackers and sausages. Nice place to relax, chat and have a nice glass of wine.

This winery is a must stop in Estes Park. We stopped in and used one of the Estes Park guide coupons which allows two tastings for $5. Otherwise the cost would be $5 per person. They allow each person 5 tastings and have a wide assortment from around Colorado. The wines that we tried were great. The lady that helped us was very friendly and gave us great suggestions for places to eat around town. They also have a bar that you can sit and drink a glass of wine and check out the scenery. I highly recommend this stop!

I am a wino therefore I was extremely excited to find this little place. The staff was super helpful- let you try pretty much every thing in the store, so not just the wine, but also food/snacks they sold. Prices were similar to most other wineries and they have many lovely gifts to buy. I have half my Christmas list knocked off ;) I was a little questionable after reading a couple other reviews, however being a wino, and traveling to wine tastings all over, I could not have been happier with this stop.

I'm afraid the smell was fermenting grapes, not everyone's cup of tea, I know, but unavoidable at a working winery. The employee had just found out about a death in her family, so I'm sorry her greeting was not as bright as we would have liked. Hopefully you'll have a chance to visit again after the harvest season, then you can see what all the hype is about.

My husband and I stopped by for a couple of glasses of wine. He had the semi-sweet Riesling and I tried the Plein Air Red Blend and both were very good. We also tried the mead and it was excellent, we ended up buying 6 bottles to bring home. We're saving them for a special occasion, the mead spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg will be perfect for the holidays. The staff at the winery were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a nice place to visit after hiking all morning in the national park.

took care of our tasting needs. We retired to the front patio for a wine, cheese, and cracker break on a beautiful Rocky mountain afternoon.

I'm so glad my friend and I stopped at Snowy Peaks Winery. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering up tastings of the wine to help us with our purchase decisions. I purchased three different bottles--one as a gift, one to take home, and one to sip at our cabin while sitting along the Big Thompson River. The shop has many wine choices and a nice selection of wine "accessories." You can even purchase 5 samples for only $5. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return upon my next visit to Estes Park.

I love wine and always stop anywhere there is a chance to sample unique wine. This was a nice place to sample. The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. You can sample 5 for 5$ or get a glass of wine for 5$. They also have non alcoholic ciders to sample . The ciders are very good. I invested in a bottle of each flavor. Cute wine glasses for sale for about 25.00.

I never know what to expect with local wineries, but this one had several excellent wines. The price per tasting is low ($5 per person). The people pouring are knowledgeable and friendly. There is also a cute shop with lots of wine toys.

some tasty wines. they have a popcorn that comes in three different wine flavors which was delicious.
