This was where most of the younger crowd went. It's very hipster. It's small and crowded, and there aren't any cocktail waitresses. You have to order from a very crowded bar, and fight your way back to your seat. Their beer is very strong and full of flavor. It was cheap so that's probably why the young crowd flocks there. Wasn't my cup of beer....I mean "tea"

This is a fun space and was a bit crowded when I arrived but quickly opened up when the tour started. They don't serve beer on the tour so I would suggest getting one before it starts. I enjoyed that you could try 3 beers for $3, which came in decent 4 ounce samples. Good beer, fun place, great people.

I chose to do both the tour and a tiny solo beer tasting at the bar following the tour, both were fantastic! The tour guide were very thorough, they were able to give a lot of information in a small amount of time. The tour itself was free, but it runs on a first come, first served basis and they can only have a total of 25 people per tour so get there early! Totally worth it. I stayed after and was lucky enough to snag a seat at the crowded bar and got a sampler which was $3 for 3 beers and $1 per beer sample after that, a great deal! The bartenders (who also lead some of the tours) know what they're talking about. If you don't know what kind of beer to try they help you figure it out. Great beer! Great atmosphere and great staff!

We arrived into Denver late before heading to the mountains the next day and made it for last call (8pm on Tuesday). Great atmosphere, better beers! Awesome place.

Love Colorado beer and I would reckon that Great Divide makes some of the more interesting around. The place is too popular to be believed and it makes the experience less than perfect, in my experience, though others may find it to be exactly their cup of tea (or glass of beer). I like the tasting size glasses and I genuinely loved every one of the beers I tasted. But if I got shoved in the back one more time by the obnoxious patrons, I would have hauled off and punched someone across the face. The beer is so strong that, in my experience, some of the smaller women were having trouble standing up straight after just half a glass. But that could be a major attraction for some guys looking for an ideal date location. I enjoyed the Sunday noontime experience overall and the 3 PM brewery tour sounded like a great, complimentary addition to the visit. Come early to claim your tickets.

I take all of my friends here when they come from out of town. The bar staff is amazing and they're always excited to see and meet new people. There is usually dance music on while they're pouring beer. if you come on a slow night, you can play board games with the bartenders. The important part is that they serve great beer. I'd recommend getting at least a flight of beer here, and if you're with a friend, try to span all of the taps. You'll be hard pressed to find something terrible.

Great vibe. Great beers. Free stickers for days.Awesome swag to buy. Check out their aluminum signs they have for display. Their logos are pretty awesome, so get one for your bar room. Most of the breweries in and around Denver give out stickers for free, you just need to ask them. Also - this place has pickles for sale. I got a jar to bring back to Baltimore. They are pretty tasty!

My wife was taking a nursing class in Denver so I was stuck doing nothing. I grabbed some lunch from a little pizza place near the capital and the bar tender there said I absolutely have to go to great divide brewery. I'm a huge fan of craft beer and drink great divide products were I'm from in Texas so I walked to the brewery. When I got there the bar itself was insanely small only fitting about 20 people comfortably but it didn't become too crowded until about 3 hours into my visit lol I assume people were getting off from work. I absolutely loved every beer! Collette and Titan IPA where really good but all beers were excellent. I hung out there for like 4 hours took the your and made friends with some Korean dude from LA lol. As soon as I got back to Texas I told all my friends about it. We are currently planning a craft beer tour of Denver an surrounding areas.

Showed up early for the 6pm tour of the brewery... Found that the place had a small seating area... We got a couple of Yetis and Hercules (simply amazing) until the tour started... I must say i was surprised at their quality brews (im really picky with beer) and their tour was really informative. I added this one to my short list of favorite microbreweries... Get the spicy chips and nuts!!!

The brewery itself is conveniently located downtown, in close proximity to Coors field and other restaurants. We visited the brewery on a Saturday evening and found it to be a very busy and popular location. In the testing room, there is limited sitting, yet the bartenders were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the Yeti, a stout beer, and my wife had the Colette, both of which were excellent choices. Each beer has its own creative logo and merchandise. There is no food menu, yet there are food trucks parked outside and you are allowed to bring food in the bar area.

This is just a great place to come with friends and enjoy awesome beers. Inside or outside is perfect. Good people and good fun..

It has a small seating area but worth the wait if you have to. The beers are great and the flights are build your own for $1 a sample. We just went with one of each and split it between the three of us. It was worth it to try everything for about $4 a person.

If you want good beer, this is the brewery to visit. The bar is a little small, but the beer makes up for it. We tried the beer sampler, 3 choices for 3 dollars. We also did the beer tour which was pretty standard, nothing exciting. There is no charge for the tour. The bartenders were pretty awesome. They suggested going to Snarf's afterwards. We will definitely be going back our next visit to Denver.

Visited during the Thanksgiving holidays so the place was a little crowded and noisy, but the beer made up for it. Try the 3 for 3.00 samples then try it again with 3 more. There were 4 of us in our party all of different tastes and all were able to find a "favorite" the Colette was mine.

We were interested in touring a local brewery. We arrived forty minutes prior to the next scheduled tour, ordered drinks, and let the bartender know we were waiting for the tour. She stated the owner would come out and announce the start of the tour. We waited 45 minutes and nobody ever announced a tour. We then were walking back up to the bartender to ask, and could see that the tour had started with three people (limit was 25), and the bartender never bothered to tell us or let the owner know we were waiting.
