adoro massage & day spa

I booked a surprise "Duet" massage and Facial with 4 days notice, for my wife as a surprise.the day before our appointment I received a voicemail to say that "Unfortunately a member of staff has gone sick, we can offer you a massage one at a time, and upgrade you too a Hot Stone massage" well there's NO point in having a one at a time massage, when you really want a "Couples" massage, the offer of a $10 upgrade doesn't buy it either, only been in business a short time and at this rate wont last too long, obviously have NO back up plans for a worker calling out, wont be trying to book again, especially with so much competition around. Disappointed to say the least!
