hidden harbor marina

Our family (17 in total) were spending a week in Nashville and we had made plans to rent two boats (pontoon and ski) at ANOTHER marina on another lake. On the day before we were to go to the lake, we received a call that the ski boat would not be available. Since our teenagers would have been bored out of their minds with just a pontoon boat, I put a plea out on Facebook and we were put in touch with Hidden Harbor Marina. They were AWESOME! They took good care of us and had both a pontoon and deck boat available for us to rent. They also had tubes, skis, and wakeboards for our use. They were very friendly and helpful in getting us in the boats. Check-in and check-out went perfectly. They even helped carry our coolers and bags back to our vehicle.

travelled a long way and had the whole dam family ready to rent a pontoon boat from this place ...Got there to pick it up in the morning no boat for us... said they left me a message ... would not have helped even if I got it ...people came from all over to ride the dam boat...Must rent really unreliable crappy boats or something, an apology is not adequate..made no discernible effort to find something . didn't seem to bother them much to leave us hanging...
