Great golf for the average guy. There are 27 holes and all are for real. No holes thrown in just to fit. This course is maintained as well as course which cost considerably more. This is a real 27 well maintained facility. THIS IS NOT A GOAT RANCH.. Covered pavilion for large events is a nice bonus. Call before you go as there is always some kind of event going on. Price is great. If the greens were a bit bigger, this would be a top ten tennessee course. You cannot go wrong playing here WHATEVER YOUR LEVEL OF PLAY!!

This is a 27 hole course with moderate difficulty. A great place for the average golfer and a great place to tune up for your beach golf trips or your twice a week course. It is very well taken care of and can compete with courses that cost much more. There are no holes of the 27 that are just thrown in there to take up space. Also there is a covered pavilion that will handle just about any golf event. The greens are well taken care off but If they were a bit larger, this place would surpass any course in Tennessee. Best value in East Tennessee as well as 27 great holes.

Lambert acres is certainly the best golf course around in my opinion. they have 27 pristine holes, and I love them all. Challenging, yet, mostly wide open at the same time. You won't be disapointed in a trip to Lambert Acres.

Well, if I had to pick one place to vist every year, this is the place. Lambert is a fun and not so difficult place to golf and enjoy some great views. We will be back, thanks Owen and Mary!

Very well maintained, 27 hole, public course. It was a lot of fun to play and played from the tips, allows you to use a lot of clubs. Friendly staff and a great value.

Lambert is on the way too Cades Cove and is a 27 hole course that is fair but not too easy. Play it once and you will return.

Have played Lambert a lot over the last 15 years. Always a good price and they take really good care of the course. If you're looking for somewhere that is reasonably priced and manicured well most of the year then this is your place.

I used to play here a couple times a month in a work league. This is a great value for your money. Not the nicest course I've played but certainly worth playing. Being surrounded by the mountains makes for a great environment.

This is my home course and the best kept course in the Maryville area. I normally play here on Saturday mornings and the early views of the sunrising over the mountains in the background are hard to beat. Fairway's and greens are always in great shape. Course is very open and is fairly easy to score on. There is also 27 holes here with the Orange course being recognized as their signature side. $35 with cart.

Every year, I'm blown away by the positive changes Lambert Acres makes. Earlier this year, I wasn't too impressed with the fairways and native grasses... but what a difference a month makes. The course was nearly abandoned during the afternoon heat, but with a nice breeze, it was a great day to be out. Everything was super healthy. The greens were in great shape, best they've been in a long time. Putting was as true as you'll find in East Tennessee. Played a little longer from the back tees than the scorecard indicated... if we're nitpicking, I'd ask for an updated scorecard. In any case, great course, good value (try GolfNow.com first), and great location/views.
