I love Big Frogs Expeditions. I've gone every year, usually twice a year. Last year I went twice bringing a different set of friends each time. They all want to go again this year, so it looks like I'll be going 4 times this year, minimum. If that doesn't say how great these people are, I don't know what else to say. Well except for "Go!"

We had an awsome time. Our guide Joey and Rob the guide of the other raft made our adventure very special. We will go back and do it again.

We had Rob as our guide. Not only did he do some fun things with the raft like surfing, but he also gave great history lessons as we floated down the river. Learned a lot about the area and had a blast!

For some of our group this was their first trip, but for me this was my fourth trip with Big Frog, and we loved it! Kat was our guide and she had us laughing the whole way down the river. I would highly recommend rafting with Big Frog!!!

Very friendly and professional. We had our two teenaged grandchildren, and we are young "senior citizens". We requested an experienced guide and we were paired up with Mark, who has been on the river for 22 years. He gave us instructions for anything that might happen. The staff at the outpost also vent over all equipment and safety measures. It was a great experience. I would add that you have to be in fairly good physical condition, and be aware that you might end up in the river.

Our two families rafted the upper and the middle Ocoee with Big Frog on August 9th. 2014. It was amazing. Our guide Joey (Monkey) was awesome. He was very informative and extremely careful with us. This wasn't our first rafting trip on the Ocoee. We rafted the middle back in June with Ocoee Adventure Center, which was great too. We love whitewater rafting so much that some of us are going back Labor Day weekend and floating the middle on the 30th and the upper and the middle on the 31st. with Big Frog again. They are fantastic!!!! Overall this was a great weekend getaway for our two families with lots of bonding and lasting memories.

My 2 best friends and I took part in the full river trip. We initially had 5 going, but 2 guys couldn't get away. Big Frog worked with us, and made it painless to just adjust prices for 3. The day of the trip was great from star to finish. From the painless brief on safety, to the staff basically unloading and loading rafts for us. Less was our guide, and he was an absolute blast; and one smart dude. We learned about the river, the names of the rapids, history of the area and everything in between. The lunch the fed us was simple and a good spread, sandwhiches, chips, drinks, etc... and they did everything, all we had to do was pick. Big Frog is fantastic, and we also seemed to be having more fun than the other companies. I'm already planning on going back again!

I have been several times with Big Frog and few times with other companies, and Big Frog is truly the best time on the river every time I go. There great guides make the trip.

In my lifetime, I have rafted the Ocoee on at least 50+ occasions. During these trips, I have used most all of the rafting outfitters in the area. I can say without hesitation that Big Frog Expeditions is THE BEST of all of the outfitters in the area. The guides are extremely professional and knowledgeable of the river and how to best maximize the experience for their guests. Safety is taken seriously and thier customer service is top notch. Foir example, my son and I were scheduled to raft the Upper section on a Sunday morning recently. Due to us being the only ones signed up for that trip, Big Frog contacted me the day before and offered us the opportunity to raft both the Upper and Middle river sections for the same price. Oh.... and they provided us lunch at no additional charge.

We've gone on rafting trips with Big Frog four times now. Each time, we've seen other rafting companies in the river with reckless or inexperienced guides who manage to run into big rocks, flip their boats and put their customers in danger. Big Frog never takes unsafe chances for a laugh or a thrill. They are experienced guides who want to make sure you have a great time, but also be safe while doing so. I wouldn't want to raft with another company!

I called to make a reservation as an anniversary gift for my “outdoorsy” husband, and the woman who helped me was very attentive and prompt, I appreciated it! Directions and map provided with our confirmation helped us to find our way easily. Drew was our guide. He mentioned that he was new, but we never could tell. He was excellent! He made the experience fun and thrilling. Weather was gorgeous, and the river was amazing. It was a pretty crowded day, and a lot of boats on the water. But that was of course unavoidable as it was July 4th weekend. We will definitely be using Big Frog in the near and future and extending our good reviews to our friends and family. Thanks!

My two children and I took the middle river rafting trip on Friday and we enjoyed it so much that we signed up to take the upper river rafting trip on Saturday, too. Our rafting guides, Alex and James, were funny and very experienced which made us enjoy our rafting trips even more! The staff seems to really enjoy their jobs and customer care is exceptional! After signing up for my trip, they had a “special sale” several days later that would have reduced the amount I paid. When I brought it up, Big Frog offered me a store discount to help cover the extra amount I paid. I didn’t expect them to do anything, and most travel companies would not have! On Friday the rafters were given watermelon after their Fourth of July trip and on Saturday Big Frog had hamburgers and had extensive fireworks to celebrate the Fourth weekend. All of the staff made us feel appreciated and went out of their way to be helpful in every way. We camped in one of their tents for two nights. The tents were on platforms, clean, and had four 4” foam mattress pads – the tents were very comfortable. I don’t know if Big Frog supplied the wood for our fire ring, or if that was left by previous campers, but we were very grateful! There were sufficient lights on during the night for us to find the bath house, and that was appreciated. They had an amazing number of people using the bath house after their rafting trips, and yet it was always clean, which is an amazing feat, and all thanks to Miss Shirley. Many tourist businesses can make you feel as if they see you as a return on their investment and constantly try to upsell you and offer you overpriced food etc.; however, at Big Frog it genuinely seems that their first objective is your happiness. My kids asked if we could return to Big Frog, and we will!

I really enjoyed this rafting trip. Our guide was very funny, knew a lot of cool facts about the river, and kept encouraging us the whole trip. The facilities were clean and had plenty of changing rooms. I will definitely book with them again!

If you are looking for an amazing adventure along the Ocoee River, then look no further. Great campground and facilities, mixed with a friendly staff and guides. Had the time of my life. Highly recommend!!!
