As you pointed out, payout rates are indeed regulated by the Delaware State Lottery, however we hope you will find solace in knowing your comments are taken seriously. The manufacturers of the machines have technicians on site who regularly maintain them to ensure proper operations to maximize your gaming experience. In regards to the beverages, per Delaware law, we are not permitted to offer complimentary alcoholic beverages. We are sorry that you feel we missed the mark in your gaming experience.
