I figured I'd review Glynns for the non-locals. The rating is relative since I've played all over however for a public course in the QCA this course is good. It was hard giving an "average" rating since I played this course many times over the years.Course was in really good shape, greens were rolling well. Course can offer a variety of challenges with some tight fairways, some long holes. This time of year the bugs can be a problem but there is ample "homemade" bug repellent at the clubhouse.......and the stuff actually has a pleasant smell. Clubhouse is pretty nice and the staff is usually pretty friendly. Carts are always in good shape and this course offers a pretty nice range as well.

It's a pretty piece of land, and the course is long, but that's about it. Not particularly difficult other than the length. Not to mention the staff was less than cordial. Won't be playing herr again any time soon.

This course is about a 20-30 minute drive from the central Quad City area. It is a beautiful coarse and definitely worth the drive. Lots of trees and a large area; kind of a tough course and definitely spring for a cart!

Glynn's Creek is a beautiful course in Scott County. It is reasonably priced and is very enjoyable to play.
