It's not cheap, but the kids always have a great time and use up a lot of energy at this place. Reminder to keep and wash the socks so you don't have to buy new ones each time you go in there.

We had a wonderful time at sky zone!!! Everyone enjoyed themselves and we are eager to go back the next time we are in Des Moines. I liked that they have a separate jumping area for children 5years old and under. The dodgeball area was enjoyed by all the children in our family as well as some of the adults. This was a great place for our children to wear themselves out beings they weren't able to go sledding due to no snow.

I've been twice for their toddler time and my kids (1 and 3) love it. It's pricey the first time because you have to buy their special jump socks, but it's not too bad on subsequent visits since you can reuse your socks. Great winter time or rainy day activity. Fun for parents too and great exercise. Facility is spacious and clean.

Overall it was a successful night at SkyZone for my daughter's 13th birthday event and her 8 friends. The facility is not as clean as it could be. But I suppose when your entire staff are high school kids, it's hard to get them to pay attention to anything other than the opposite sexed employee they are chatting with on the radio. There was a kid that threw up on her way to the bathroom. It took some 25 minutes before that mess was addressed. Our party was engaged for the entire 1.5 hr of jump time. It was a great workout for them all. They played in all the different areas. They managed to meet some new friends, laugh a lot and make some memories. We live a bit a way and attempted to do our reservations on line. Their website is not that user friendly. I called to clarify a few details. The person I spoke to said it was imperative to buy tickets in advance for the SkyMania on Friday night. She said there were no extra charges when ordering online.Well there is a 'convenience' fee of $10 hooked to the online order. Not having an exact head count we purchased enough jump tickets for all invited quest. 3 kids ended up not being able to come.SkyZone does not refund ticket purchases. Now I have some free jump coupons. I'll probably never use. Guess I'll try to peddle them on Graigs List.

My parents took my son. my mother placed his shoes on a very high cubbie, only an adult could reach. well, his $60 shoes were stolen. Instead of refunding my parents the admission they paid, the employee (manager) gave my parents 2 free jump tickets. Really? Like we would go back anytime soon. He did say that he looked over security cameras but there were no cameras on the cubbies. He also looked around the establishment. Someone stole them, no doubt about that. I requested that the manager give my parents money back on their card as a payment for an item stolen. He refused. He said that this happens quite often ad they provide lockers and have a sign warning people of this. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is so much fun. Great place to take the kids and burn of some energy, and calories! They offer a party room, as well.

I took a group of young people and we all had a great time. They were also calm for a while afterwards so it was worth it.

My son turned 3 over the weekend and we took him and our extended family to sky zone for a Sunday morning session 11 am to noon. There was him, 2 younger cousins (10-12), 2 older cousins (28-34) and myself (34). We all had so much fun. The staff was great and the equipment was clean and well kept. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of fun had.Note that my son was supposed to be kept to a small childrens area and the foam pit, but one of the dodgeball areas was open and the supervisor there let us and several other smaller kids have free time in that area with the balls. The staff did the right thing, knowing that we were well area that there were children around and to let them have the right of way. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
