Great place for kids or adults to wear off some energy and exercise. Perfect place for kids parties - private rooms for large groups available too.

We did it as a "try it out once kind of thing" If you don't have coupons for this then it is going to be spendy. We had a groupon deal and that is the only reason we could have afforded this. You definitely burn off a lot a calories jumping but I felt bad for parents with kids as it is took a while before they opened up just the trampoline for small kids. It is a great concept but a bit too spendy to be honest...

Hi Carnesa,I'm very sorry that you felt uncomfortable at our facility. Without knowing more about your experience, it's hard to address it fully. I can assure you that it doesn't matter what a person's race is in our eyes at Sky Zone. We have a diverse staff and diverse guests. Racism would never be tolerated at any level in our facility. If you would like to explain your situation further, please contact the General Manager, Adam, at adam@alljumping.com. He would also be willing to give you and your son another experience on us.

My kids are 13 and 10 and love burning energy off here. The prices are a little high but if you can get a coupon or a free pass via text it's worth it.

Hello!Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, I really appreciate it! I will never get tired of hearing about what a blast kids had at our parks. Because it sounds like the kids really enjoyed themselves, I thought I should mention that we also have 30 minute jump times available. When it comes to the ventilation in the park, I think there are a combination of factors at work. In the springtime, our six A/C units may not turn on due to the temperatures remaining on the low side, so the humidity (which is naturally being produced by all the exercise) has more chance than usual to accumulate. Add to that the wet weather we’ve been having, and the combination must have been too much for our fans alone to handle. Whatever the cause, I will look into ways to mitigate the humidity during those tricky transitional months. To show you how much I really do appreciate your feedback, I’d like to offer your family some free jump time! Just contact miles@alljumping.com, and he will set you up with a time that works best for you. Thanks again for sharing your experience at Sky Zone!

First of all thanks for acknowledging that the kids love our parks, and that it’s a great next step once they outgrow the inflatables. That being said, I would like to address your check-in experience. It is our intention to have our most qualified employees host events. We work to personalize each event by providing the same party host at check-in, and in the party room. We find families appreciate having the same individual available throughout their party experience. However, our hosts are not available for check-in until 20 minutes before each event. This may explain why you were asked to wait for the host assigned to your group. I apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you, or if you felt ignored while you stood at the counter. I am equally concerned after reading your thoughts on the birthday party timing. Again, we have a communication breakdown somewhere, in which we aren’t making clear to party parents that the end time in the party room is always 40 minutes passed the hour, not at the top of the hour as some folks have a tendency to assume. We will absolutely work toward communicating these details more clearly, and we appreciate that you took the time to bring these concerns to our attention. We honestly place a high value on feedback like yours, as it gives us a window into what we could improve from the customer’s perspective. To demonstrate how much we do appreciate your feedback, please contact miles@alljumping.com so that he can set you up with some free jump time for your family. Thanks again for helping us in our effort to constantly improve!

We are very glad to hear that your kids had a great time, we hear it often but it never gets old! Even though we don’t normally respond to positive reviews, I did want to mention a couple of things about the Sky Fitness classes. I do apologize that the cancellation policy is not as convenient as we would like, and we are working toward a system that allows us to accommodate cancellations. In the meantime, it does seem that you enjoyed the class, so I’d like to give you a class on the house to help drive home the value of the fun and intense workout that we offer. Please contact miles@alljumping.com to set up your free class, and thanks again for reviewing us!

First of all we’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our facility last weekend. We do appreciate every bit of feedback, positive and negative, as it helps us to constantly improve our operations. I want to assure you that what you experienced is not what we consider acceptable or common. We will be looking into increased staffing, as well as retraining the cashiers, as you should have received shoes at the same time as your jump stickers. To demonstrate how much we appreciate your business, and to hopefully win you back as a customer, please contact miles@alljumping.com so that he can set up our “second chance” for you free of charge. Thanks again for the feedback!

Their SkyRobics classes are a GREAT workout. I would love to get a monthly membership but $60/month is a little too expensive for me since my gym only costs $38... can't justify switching at nearly twice the cost.A year or two ago SkyZone raised their prices and that is when I stopped going.

We all had a really fun time. The teenager "referees" with whistles are a little bit annoying. It has been really busy each time we have gone.
  • MN_Mom07
It gets busy on the weekends with open jump and birthday parties so a reservation is highly recommended!! Price is so-so. $12 for one hour is a bit steep but worth it when kids are stuck inside all winter.

Went to Sky Zone with my friend as he was taking his child there for a birthday party. We both ended up jumping and it was a ton of fun. It was weird at 1st since there were only about 5 adults, but there was plenty of room for everyone.

My 7 year old son has been to several birthday parties there. They do a nice job with the parties. He always has a great time. The foam pit is fun. I have been jumping there as well - during the day when it is not so crowded - and had lots of fun!

With a 7 year old boy with tons of energy. what a perfect place to take him to jump it off. LOL we seem to end up here about 5 times a year. good place for a birthday party.
