clough state park

Clough State park is located on Everett Lake. This man made lake is a nice place to spend the day for picnic or for a swim. The are picnic tables and fire places to use and while the beach is a little rocky it didn't slow down the bathers. The water level can vary dramatically so make sure to check the web site before setting out. This is a flood control lake and some facilities were destroyed in previous floods. The are several port-a-potties to use which are well kept. Many families relaxing and enjoying the day. If you are in the area, try it.
