This winery was a pleasant visit. There were two young ladies working - I wish I could remember their names because they were both great. It was Saturday 3/7/15. Anyway, our server had lots of knowledge of the wines and described them very well. She clearly enjoyed her job and knew a lot about the winery operation as well. She gave us a tour of the wine making facility and was knowledgable there too. We ended up buying 6 bottles of wine... all whites as those were very good but we didn't care for their reds. they had a great deal - 10% off and you got a free wine bottle bag, too.

Jewell Towne claims to be the oldest-established in NH; though I think Candia beats them by a year. Pete Oldak has something special going on here in spite of the challenging viticultural conditions, and there's a really great range of hybrid-derived wines on offer to sample; it's of huge interest to wine buffs used to visiting European wineries where hybrids are rarely seen these days and are even losing out to hardier viniferas even in England. We never heard of this place until we got a Groupon and decided to visit. This small vineyard and winery (only 5 acres) was a pleasant surprise. They produce 25 different types of wine, of which we tasted about 10. Some whites are really good: we bought several bottles at a reasonable price. We will go back to buy more.

It is a small vineyard. Friendly workers and owner. Very nice wines and knowledgeable staff. Tasted five wines, and bought six. You can also, for a small fee, have cheese and crackers with your tasting.

Located just over the Massachusetts state line, this vineyard is an oasis of natural beauty and a resource for great local wines. The staff is friendly, helpful and happy to help you sample some of their wonderful wines. We visited on a sunny summer Sunday afternoon and it was busy but not too crowded. We learned about how they make their wines, visited the art gallery and tasted several wines including a delicious NH port. There is no pressure to purchase, but once you taste it is hard to resists.The wines range from very affordable at about $10 a bottle to more expensive selections at $30 and above. It is a fun place and proves you don't have to go to California to visit winery to buy outstanding local wines.

Hubby and I love to go to wineries. So this is just down the road, from where we are spending our summer. What a great delight. Beautiful, fields of grapes growing. We had 5 tastings, (free), that doesn't happen at all wineries. We purchased some wine, from the daily tasting list.The owner gave us a little bit of back ground and how the winery, came into being. We then went downstairs and saw the stainless steel holding tanks and bottle room.

My husband and I were here on a Saturday afternoon while touring a few north shore/Cape Ann area wineries and were sent here by another winery who gave us a coupon. The tasting was free, very pleasant surprise. There was a listing on a board of what was available to taste that day. The owner gave a tour of the downstairs bottling/manufacturing part of the building. He was quite knowledgeable about the process and gave some great history into how the winery came to be. There were 3 staff members to assist with tasting, the two we spoke with were not as knowledgeable as one would hope about the wines and where non-estate grapes are coming from. I was very intrigued that they advertised an estate ice wine as most ice wine isn't produced this far south and wineries in upstate NY and VT are getting their grapes even farther north in Canada. This was not available to taste, even at a small charge (I've encountered a small extra charge for ice wine tasting at a few places before). The tasting room/shop was beautiful and you walk past many of the vines as you enter. Overall the wines weren't really in line with the palate of myself or my husband, he felt bad they didn't charge for tasting so he bought the wine he liked the best, but neither of us were crazy about them. Many of the wines had a bit of an acidic, almost oily taste to us. FYI if you are a fan of oaked wines and wines aged and barreled they don't produce that kind here.

Purchased a Groupon for this place for wine tasting that included cheese, crackers, and a tour. Upon arrival we got greeted with a huge smile; super friendly staff. The owner was the one who gave us the tour, he was also super nice showed us everything, explained everything and did a fabulous job answering questions. Wine was delicious and cheese and crackers were fresh. I recommend it. Only complain I read was that it can be tricky to find, this is because the GPS says it is on the left when it is actually on the right! There is a clear signage and entrance to the Vineyard. Also purchased some wines to take home. They have cute wine bottle recyclable bags that hold 6 for only $2. Lots of wine selection and the bottles aren’t expensive!

We stopped here for a quick tour and wine tasting and loved everything about it. Our guide was very knowledgable and kind, definitely the best wine tour we've been on. The wine was also surprisingly delicious.
