We love this place. It's picturesque, a small lake surrounded by forest. It has a beach, tennis courts, an outdoor pool ( costs extra) with an ice cream hut , paddle boards and canoes for rent as well as being a campsite with trails around the lake. Most of the time a lifeguard is on duty at the lake and always at the pool so it's very safe for families. It was 7 dollars each to visit the lake and extra for the pool.

Pleasant little lake area. Very quiet even with families and kids running in and out of the water. There are tadpoles galore for the little ones to 'capture' and release. The sandy beach is wide enough for families not to feel intrusive. The lake is surrounded by a small forest that allows for some strolls. Nice place to spend a few hours relaxing.

SPRA has tennis, a pool, pond, fishing and boats. Lots of thing to keep your kids busy on a warm, summer day. Sign up for private or group swimming lessons, rent a campsite with friends, host a bbq or just chill at the pool.

Storrs Pond is a staple in Hanover. There is a great pond with swimming (lifeguard on duty most of the time), playground, paddleboards and canoes for rent, a heated pool, campground, tennis courts, hiking trails. It's very idyllic and scenic. There's also a snack bar and pavillions you can rent for events.

Beautiful park, perfect place for an afternoon picnic! Also, a wonderful spot for some pictures and hiking!!

It's the local hangout with young kids. It's also safe for older kids to hang out there with their friends. The prices are pretty steep for what it offers. For example, shade and seating by the pool are limited and the 'heated' pool is only heated by the sun.
