The Wildwoods (Wildwood, Wildwood Crest and North Wildwood) have the nicest beaches in New Jersey. The beaches are very clean and they're wide so you'll never feel crowded.

I absolutely love the sand on this beach. It is very soft. My kids had a blast playing in the waves and digging in the sand.

I would recommend this beach, it's free. It's very clean and great for walking in the early morning. Water is not clear blue like in the Caribbean, but the waves are really fun to ride. There are ice cream vendors that walk along the beach. We normally stay at the beach all day.

it was fun walking thru the fog the day we went. kids liked playing in the tidal pools. the little one kept slamming him bottom on the wet sand with all his weight. it was so funny!

First time visiter and the beach was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I can imagine a national volleyball tournament on the silkly sand.

We went in early June. The beach is very clean and there are life guards every block or so. It wasn't very crowded. The water was very very cold! I would go again except maybe in August this time so the water was a little warmer!

Always a clean beach in my opinion! Every morning they are out grading and sifting the sand! Beach is plentiful and we enjoy our stay and beach time every year!

Why? No snob appeal like Long Beach Island or other NJ resorts where non-residents can barely get on the beach assuming they can find parking.Wildwood is a very wide beach where sand actually washes up so you have plenty of space. The water is clean and there are plenty of hotel rooms and restaurants nearby. The boardwalk is classic carnival tacky but it's actually very safe and there are amusement rides.Plus you don't need a beach badge and there are plenty of metered parking spaces

We were here to attend a gospel fest on the beach and the atmosphere was family oriented and fun with a lot of good eats and amusment

I loved this beach. Lots of space you are not right on top of each other. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The water was nice, you can go out a good distance in the water and still be up only to your waist which I love for the little ones. The sand was clean no trash in it. I cant wait to return.
