My family loves this place. We have been here for 2 parties and we have hosted one party. All the parties had 4-6 year olds. Every child had a blast. The parents were impressed by the set-up and the team, who were very nice and friendly. We decided to make the party a cosmic party so it would be different than a friend's party. It was a great decision. It wasn't too dark, there were fun colorful lights, and the kids had glow sticks. The entire party is cosmic until you get to the eating room. We had a private party with a total of 22 kids, including our birthday boy. It didn't matter how many parents came with the kids. I added 4 extra pizzas for the kids and was asked if we wanted to add an extra pizza when we arrived. I added it, but it was un-necessary since 4 would have been enough. The drinks come with the party and there is an endless supply. The cake was delicious and you can choose from a variety of choices. The party is divided into 3 areas. The first area has a huge slide, a climbing apparatus, and a run and tag the flag inflatable. The kids can also toss basketballs into a hoop. However, they found the most fun in a hurricane booth. This was not included in the cost but we were prepared and the other parents were happy to chip in.The second area has a faux boxing ring and a bounce court with balls to toss into hoops. You can toss foam footballs and balls into a large beanie bag type of box. This area also has 2 large slides you can only get to if you climb up through a tall maze. You'd think the kids would be scared of this in the dark but they all loved it. Again, we had to pay for an air hockey table but the parents all contributed if their child wanted to pay. There are Little Tyke cars and a massage chair in this room. Both rooms have benches for parents to sit but a lot of our parents liked watching their kids have fun and stand to talk with other parents. When we got to the eating area it is nice, bright, clean, and decorated for a birthday party. They add the balloons you requested and there is large birthday throne for the birthday boy/girl to sit in. This is was a big draw for our son. He loved the throne! The place is expensive. I scoured for a $50 coupon and I was glad to have found it. However, it was a huge success. Most of the kids had never even gone to a BounceU and the parents were really delighted with the experience. This was an extra bonus to give everyone a unique birthday party.Every child left with a gift bag and smiles on their faces. Great job BounceU!This place deserves the 5 star rating because they really care about their customers and the time they spend. I had two snafus... I was promised they could blow up 30 special glow in the dark balloons but only got 10. I think it was a case of money and title. I was promised something from someone who wasn't entitled to give me free helium. The 2nd snafu was that they forgot to put the all included (buy one bounce and get the second bounce free ) card into the gift bags. I just don't think they make this mistake often so it was a little difficult getting my cards mailed to me so I could included them in my son's thank you cards. They did eventually send them within a 7 day period. You'd think this would deter me from a 5 star rating but I just loved the way they handled things and their intentions are for you to just have fun and try to make it the best experience they can.
