While on a road trip through Wyoming on a motorcycle, my cousin suggested I stop by the Chris LeDoux Memorial in Kaycee so I did and boy was I ever impressed! Whether or not Chris LeDoux was or is someone who is high on your list of those you respect for their accomplishments, this is a real nice memorial and it is well kept. If you are ever going up Interstate-25 north of Casper and see an exit for Kaycee you must take a few minutes to stop - it's easy to find right on main street.

We drove into Kaycee to have a break from driving. We found the park and just hung out for a while. Very restful, very beautiful, very interesting. Thanks to those that designed and maintain this very nice park.

We stumbled into Kaycee (actually because of the museum) but it was closed on Sunday until 1:00pm. We walked to the park just a few hundred feet away. We didn't even realize where we were, or who the park was dedicated to. We all really like Chris LeDoux so it was a great experience to be int he town he settled down in with his wife. For this park to be fun, you have to like Chris LeDoux. NO DOGS ALLOWED. There is a swing and some plaques to read.

it was fun to see. we would not have known it was their if not for researching places to see. But worth the drive. We are all Chris LeDoux fan's so it was great to see the Memorial park in memory of him and also see where he lived. I hope this helps other people be more aware of it's location. Because it is a wonderful tribute to not only a great country singer but Bronco riders, and an outstanding man.

Actually the Memorial garden was pretty but the town "park" was very old. Luckily 4 yr olds have a great imagination!!!!
