Clean, lots of women's restrooms, easy to find seats. Parking is not close to center, so have to walk to get to center.

the Mavs have a wonderful home here at the AAC. It's a great place to come. Have only ever come here to watch the Mavs but it's massive and wonderful so think it would be great whatever the show.

We have attended many basketball tournaments in this arena. Other than the high prices for parking and food, we have found the American Airlines Center to be the best,The food, though expensive, is good. The employees are courteous and helpful. The view of the arena is good from almost all seats. There are plenty of restrooms. One thing that appeals to me is that in walking around the concourse, every food or souvenir stop is clearly visible. Nothing is tucked back into corners and hard to find. We managed to find a hotel within 5 minutes, so that made our trip more enjoyable too.

It is a nice place. I was there for a religious event along with about 50,000 people. The atmosphere was pretty decent and I would not mind visiting again.

Another fun outing at the AACenter, parking is convenient ($15-$20). Food is available outside the center if you want. Lots of food inside along with plenty of drinks, both leaded and unleaded. We went to a Stars game this week and it was a great game since they won in overtime. But to think that the Stars play one night and Fleetwood Mack plays the next night is pretty cool. You also have access to the center by train if you choose, nice alternative. Also, it is always refreshing when a venue appreciates its customers by providing clean restrooms. On several visits to the Center it has passed this test. Thank You AA Center.

I love AAC. It is easy in and out. We tend to park futher out and walk in...usually dine at Hooters or a nearby restaurant pre-game or concert. I never really feel stressed going and leaving like I do at other big event centers. Pay more and sit low!

I have been to 3 sporting events, 1 concert and 1 Dinosaur performance at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX, 1 Dallas Stars hockey game and 2 Dallas Mavericks basketball games. The AAC was built after the United Center in Chicago and the amenities are considerably less. Wifi is available, however the seating is incredibly tight. For the hockey game I was in the upper level, the seats are designed for some stick figure super model and not real people. For the basketball games I sat what would be on the glass for a hockey game but several rows back due to the folding chairs placed in front for the rich and incredibly vain. The seats in the front row were no better than the upper deck, except in the front row the cup holder is on the arm rest and not the seat in front like other areas so you are squeezed a little. There is no food delivery, you must leave your seat go to the concession and wait in line to get your food. (unless you sit in the folding chairs) At the United Center in Chicago there is wait staff to take your order and runners to bring it out, the 2 occasions I had to attend games there I was pleasantly surprised that my food was delivered as I finished paying. The two basketball games were exciting as I am a huge Chicago Bulls Fan and on both occasions the Bulls won the games I attended. The concert I attended was Trans-Siberian Orchestra, the concert was wonderful, we were in folding chairs on the main floor, sound and sight were sufficient to make this experience worth the cost. The Dinosaur performance was Walking with Dinosaurs and we were in the upper deck, with a great view of the action and with the T-Rex mouth just a few feet away. Again a wonderful experience. To sum up, the venue is OK, especially if you are thinner than the average American. The food choices are great, they even have Goose Island Beer (a local Chicago Brewer) plus many great Texas food choices as well as Texas cocktails including Margarita's.

I've been to a few ice hockey games but the atmosphere, music, and general vibe of this venue was top notch. I highly suggest it to anyone who enjoys sports.

This is great venue for all occasions and living in Dallas makes it more fun by walking to all events. This is one of the best in the country and I lived in Philly and NYC.

My Son and I were in town to search for apartments for his upcoming transfer. We noticed the Stars were in town for game against Red Wings and got tickets. The Center had a great Blues band playing out front and the staff in all area could not have been nicer. A great experience.

we went to the Bob Seger concert. The parking was easy, but $20. The seats were great! The music was magical! A perfect evening, except that the guy behind me must have thought I had come to hear him sing. He sang loudly and badly in my right ear the entire evening. Oh well, I guess perfection is over-rated.

sat in section 331 (twelve rows from top) for Dallas Stars hockey game. Very modern facility. Lots of contests and giveaways. LOUD---we were at speaker level and I repeat it was LOUD! Concession prices about what all arenas are. Clean throughout. Escalator service to upper levels handled the crowds. Very impressive facility. I will sit lower next time.

I've been here a couple of times. Once for a European traveling horse show and once for a Dallas Stars Hockey game. The center is well kept, modern, clean, and serves good food. It can easily accommodate different types of venues. There is adequate parking for the functions and it is close to the building. The only downside for me was that the parking is all cash only, so I had to drive to a downtown ATM to get some cash out. Be prepared with $15-30 depending on where you park.
